all the business has now gone to apc. the price hike was horrendous given that Courier have only increased by 5%

Our Response: The courier increased prices to account holders by 5% but to re sellers it was much much higher as can be seen on other re seller sites.

It would be handy to know a rough time slot for parcel collection, all very good apart from that

Just as soon as the couriers can do this then we will provide it for our customers.
Was very happy with the service, although the people who came to pick up the parcel were quite off putting.

Good service. Only thing that would make it better if we knew what time the parcel was going to be picked up. Even am or pm would help.

you picked up parcel ok but it didnt arrive to me when it should have it took an extra day this is not what i paid for.
