Hello The only problem was showing printer not required for this transaction when that wasn't the case which caused a great problem.

order process good, nice and simple - let down by driver who failed to collect at agreed time (after 2pm), so collection was a day late.

The original collection date was missed, although the courier claimed to have called, this is not the case as I waited in all day.

Package was delayed in delivery. Apparently their own label was missing therefore no scan could be done, and parcel took 2 days to find.

Had 'missed collection' twice even though we were home. Was also not 'carded', so waited home all day and had to rebook pickup.

driver very adamant to do anything to help...customs docs had to be packed in a plastic bag and stuck to parcel..you should provide these
