I expected this shipment to be delivered within 48 hours but it wasn't, picked up thurs noon, del 4pm mon, ok service, will use again.

Our Response: The tracking shows the item was delivered and signed for on the second attempt on October 23rd.
The collection and deliver were carried out efficiently and on time. |As a first time user the online booking was not that easy to follow.

It would be helpful if you could specify an approximate time when the delivery will happen, even if it is as vague as morning/afternoon etc

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
