Driver left the parcel with a neighbour SIX doors away and never left any card to notify the buyer of this action until neighbour called!

The driver collected only a letter instead of the parcel. It was delivered in the end.

The parcel wasn't delivered to the delivery address and it cost the recipient an additional £40 and 4 hours to collect it. Appaling service
