What a 100% difference!
I ordered a collection and delivery through another courier, Hermes. Paid for on line through their web site. It was never collected and therefore never delivered despite emails arriving saying "weve got it" and "we tried to deliver". All fabrication because 9 days after the order the item was still at the collection address.
HOWEVER, in complete contrast... Parcel Monkey did an absolute stonking job of arranging for my collection and delivery with Express 48 all within a very, very short record timescale. Amazing! Thats what its all about; getting a service that works, that works well, and with contact details all over their website in case something goes wrong.
This is a brilliant service that does everything it says... and everything you pay for. Such a relief to know that you can actually get what you want and the service companies advertise.

I’ve used parcel monkey 3 times so far for international orders but won’t again. On 2 orders I’ve been charged additional amounts after posting due to extra weight. I let it slide with the first delivery, assuming it was a genuine mistake my end but on the second delivery, I was careful inputting the weight/measurements and noticed they rounded it down to 7kg on the delivery label. Low and behold I later get charged for an extra 300g even though I had declared it! Won’t be surprised if there’s an additional charge on the third parcel too. Feels a lot like I’m being set up for extra charges.

My collection did not happened and I couldnt speak to anyone to rearrange it and I couldnt even ask for refund. Very annoying.

I usually use parcel monkey when I send things abroad. I’ve never had any problems, the prices are very good and their service is exceptional.

Large parcel 12kg drop off to local post office for 24 ht service well was 48hr but upgraded it unfortunately posting it on a friday does not guarantee delivery next day being Saturday but did arrive Monday, lesson learned dah.
But easy to do online at a good price but instructions on how you attach the label would or should have told me not to split the lable, which I did but post office girl allowed me to put another one sheet label on hay hoo now know good service overall and reasonably hassle free

Easy to use, except if you send a parcel to Europe… trying to find a customs number to describe the contents is a long winded puzzle. Thought I found a reasonable parcel provider, but the person at the other end does still have to pay additional fees. Otherwise I can recommend parcelmonkey.

Would a been 5 star but parcel force took nearly a week to get parcel there on there 48hr service I paid for. shouldnt advertise companys like them and the royal snail crew.

Through no fault of ours, the shipment was not delivered. We were given the runaround by their support team for over a MONTH as to what the status was with the shipment. Then their support finally say that we need to PAY to have it RETURNED to us or it will be DISPOSED of. Their support agent "Zak" has given us the worst customer service we have ever experienced and it is especially shocking as we have been a longtime customer of Parcel Monkey. In addition to charging us to return a product they failed to deliver they also plan on keeping the original £721 we paid for shipping in the first place. We will not be working with Parcel Monkey again as it is a scam and a sham.

Terrible, terrible service! My advice, stay away! Waited in two full days from 8-6pm with parcel monkey promising Courier will be picking up my parcel, yet no show! Everytime I use them, there is an issue! Also before they have taken two lots of payment instead of 1! Take my advice, go to a reliable provider!

This was different from my last parcel to Bishkek as the items needed an 8 digit code obtained from a government website. So I was certain the items would pass through customs. The parcel was collected on time and delivered on time so I am very pleased.

Courier Next Day I have used this service a couple of times now with Parcel Monkey and have found it not to be reliable, one parcel is still outsanding 6 days later!. Parcel Monkey are impeccable at getting back to you and repsonding to enquries but I am not sure Courier should be a service they should be employing as on both occasions Ive used this service the parcels has not been delivered on time.

Awful service, courier didnt arrive to pick the parcel up and Parcel Monkey had no idea why and just suggested rescheduling. Dont see the point of them.

The best carrier in the UK.
I have been sending parcels out for years trying various carriers. Some are bad, some are good. My experience is that Parcel Monkey is the best on both price but more importantly after service which is really the main thing.
You feel that you are not left on your own if there is a problem they care and will work to resolve it.

Not suitable for EU IOSS cleared deliveries!!! Businesses DO NOT USE this service. All parcels are marked as DDU by default, despite IOSS number being provided at the booking stage. As a result, there are significant delivery delays in all services to EU, making Royal Mail much faster option. Our customers were also charged twice for VAT and customs as a result. Customer service is arrogant and unhelpful.
