My parcel was not collected on the day it should have been so they rearranged it to be collected the next day. I had to print out a new barcode. The next day while I was at work the driver asked for 2 parcels and my silly boyfriend hunted about for another parcel and gave it to the driver. This parcel had my name and address on it and contained an item that was delivered to me earlier that day. No barcode so he shouldnt have taken it. I have messaged Parcel monkey everyday and they said that it will be returned to me but they cant give a date or time or tracking.

My parcel hasn’t arrive yet in the destination. The time frame was within 3-9 days. Hopefully it will arrive next week. Already 13th day…
