Easy to choose the service required, print the label and get it delivered.

Parcels were arranged for collection on Thursday 11th November for collection on Monday 15th - No show, no communication offered and we were open from 8am till 7pm looking out for the DX courier arranged through Parcel Monkey and only offered a reschedule for Wednesday 17th November - be careful with this service and not reliant on delivery schedules

Our luggages were supoosed to arrive on Friday but they only arrived on Monday. All our clothes were in the luggage. We had to buy new clothes. It was all such a hassle.

fantastic service, reasonably priced, speedy collection and excellent delivery with acknowledgement to receiver when to expect parcel . this has been my third useage of the company and would highly recommend them.

Had to send a parcel to Canada and having checked, these guys were at least £20 cheaper than going direct.
Really easy site to navigate with the option to drop the parcel at a local post office / depot rather than wait in all day for it to be collected.
Parcel has been delivered as promised. Great service, would definitely use again.

Shipment of gift to Spain excellent smooth service so easy to book and package tracked all the way. Only thing I would like is to be able to pay the import duties especially as it’s a gift - was able to transfer amount to my brother to cover but it would be ideal if the sender had the option to pay direct to the customs.
Very impressed with Parcel Monkey and will use again - there are lots of inflated quotes out there but Parcel Monkey great value - thank you

First time using this company. Been blown away with the service received and the efficiency and quickness of the delivery. My parcel was to be shipped to Norway and I choose the air option. My parcel was pick up at approximately 2.35pm on a Tuesday and by Thursday at 2pm it had been delivered at its destination. The courier was polite, professional and friendly. It was this couriers first day with the company and he really managed to put my fears and anxiety at ease. Extremely impressed. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Very disappointed. Chose Parcel Monkey as they agreed to pickup the parcel on the Wednesday using Courier, however, I was informed at 1.30 pm the following day that the parcel would not picked up until the Friday. First and most probably the last time I will use this company.

I’m afraid we used parcel monkey to send some small hand decorated bedside drawers to Rome. When they arrived I think the couriers used had been throwing them around as they were shattered. Wood broken off, leg supports cracked the tops had been ripped off so there must have been tremendous weight or abuse applied to them. They were wrapped so well with supports, all over the legs and expanded foam on all corners as well as 3 inches of heavy duty bubble wrap. We were so disappointed when they were delivered. Not as disappointed as parcel monkeys response. They were happy to take our money and the money for extra insurance but when we tried to claim they said it wasn’t covered as it was freestanding furniture. So we are now hundreds of pounds out of pocket as well as the £90 postage and the only response we have is that they understand and are sorry. Never again will we use this company I’m afraid, what is the point of selling insurance if they ar not going to cover anything? I would avoid if I were you.

I was informed that my parcel (shipment ID - PM9944549) was not delivered due to "inaccurate information regarding the recipient". I have checked the address given to me by Barnabas Fund and it is the correct address. I sent an inquiry via your web page to get more details as to this supposed error and have so far received no response. I am eager to find out what the problem was as this was a parcel of dried food for a Charity. Yours sincerely, John Watts

Great service. The only thing that stops it being five stars is not having an indication of collection time. If there was a specification, such as "AM" or "PM" that would be perfect. But again, great service and my packages travelled the entire length of the country and arrived as they had been sent, and all with no fuss. Highly recommended.

I paid for a 24 hour service on Tuesday and six days later the parcel has still not been delivered. I’m told it will happen tomorrow a week later. On two occasions the driver didn’t even bother to leave a failed delivery card. One might think that they would try to amend the situation by delivering on a Saturday, but no. I wonder if they will contemplate offering compensation.

sent a parcel to sri lanka. paid £130. parcel monkey return emailed 5 days later parcel need to returned back to me at £14.75 or will dispose. parcel never left UK with the tracking and returned pack me for a charge. NO refund offer i lost £145 and parcel was returned back to me after 10 days

COMPLETE COWBOYS!! Avoid these and just go directly with the carrier they choose. These idi0ts have their own hidden terms and conditions. The moment you raise any issue they just copy and paste the terms and conditions and wash their hands off you. e.g I just had a damaged item. These idi0ts say its in their exclusion list for compensation. The courier ParcelForce says its included for them. Because I went through ParcelMonkey I have to deal with them and the whole process has become stressful for me. They just dont care. If I had it my way Id have this company shut down and I hope that happens - karma will strike

Good price comparison site - quick to use.
One issue I have every time is when I pull my address using my postcode. The fields are populated including dots and commas which are not allowed in the form by Parcelmonkey, so I have to manually edit the fields and remove them.

Order / pickup / delivery review:
Incredibly easy to order and their insurance was cheaper than anywhere else which brought the price down by a third compared to going direct.
I went with a Parcelforce pickup and they arrived around midday, took the package and delivered it undamaged the next day.
Overall excellent service and no complaints.

UKs best online parcel company, I send and receive hundreds of parcels every year with these guys, why? Because if there is a problem, they always sort it out asap which means more than all the parcels that arrive with no issues.

Absolutely awful service. I used this service and my package was collected from Royal Mail to be sent to Canada on 25 October. The tracking has been stating it’s still exported from the UK from 26 October and no further updates have been added. I even paid extra for insurance on my high valuable item. I have been in contact with customer service on the chat system and they have asked for me to wait. If you are considering using this company. Please do not use them. They are awful and misleading. I am incredibly disappointed and worried.
