I paid £95 for express delivery for a parcel from UK to Australia. It spent over 2 weeks in the UK, by viewing tracking it appeared to be stuck at Heathrow. I contacted parcel monkey via online chat asking for an update, I was fobbed off repeatedly, advisors said they would update me within 1-2 days, i never received an update. Customer service is appalling, I will use a different provider in the future.

We recently moved to Parcel Monkey from a competitor. The competitor claimed that two parcels we sent were significantly heavier than what they were. It was difficult for us to prove them wrong on the first occasion but on the second occasion we received a additional invoice for £65. Fortunately, we were able to prove the weight, so we challenged them. Their initial response was unacceptable to us so we moved to Parcel Monkey for a trial. The customer received the item and we received no issue with the delivery. The overcharging competitor have done us a favour as this delivery was about £5 cheaper, for the same item, than the competitor so they did us a favour :O)

Parcel Monkey quoting 2-3 days delivery, when delivery company (Parcelforce) have suspended all delivery timescales due to Covid/Brexit. When contacting Parcel Monkey, am told to ‘contact us again in a week if parcel hasn’t been delivered’. Will not use again.

To date still waiting for Courier to another courier Spent 2 days at home waiting and nobody arrived. Very disappointing on Couriers part, serious lack of customer service.

Parcel monkey lost my parcel returning it back to me as it was undeliverable. They sent me back a pair of dictionaries instead of a ninja grill. I returned the dictionaries to you like you requested, This has been ongoing now for nearly 3 weeks. Not had a single update for over 10 days. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years and this how you treat loyalty. I am now £175 out of pocket. Will I continue using you in the future???

Have used p2g in the past for a number of years to send to Germany but since Brexit their service has deteriorated. Very happy with delivery time and constant updates. Will be using your services in the future and recommend to others.

Easy to use the site, was able to work out how to get the price down from £30 to £18 by taking 5cms off the height of the box. (I had packed the spare space with packing paper). Label printed on normal old printer and was readable so pleased with that too. Parcel picked up by courteous driver and parcel arrived at destination in good order. It was too big/heavy/awkward for me to take to PO on my own so Parcel Monkey is a blessing at these times. Have used before and will continue to.

From the efficient staff in the post office where the parcel was dropped off. Although the parcel took a while to be delivered due to complex Brexit rules. it was delivered to my client in Italy and Im very happy about that

These guys are thieves and crooks. They have taken my money, broken an item and refusing to cover the damage although I have provided photo evidence. I now have to go to court to get my money back.

Worst firm to ask them to do anything. Parcel was sent to a client who changed address. The parcel was the redelivered to parcel monkey, I ask if they could post it to the correct address and pay for it. No they cant They want you to pay an extortionate price to return the parcel back to you. Then you have to resend it to the original customer. I asked it they could just redirect the parcel to the person it was supposed to receive the parcel, Oh no cant do that. What a firm of monkeys alright. No one in the firm has any common sense. AWFUL do not use them. Unfortunately i had to given them one star to write this report.
