The service is good regarding price and collection but tracking for international parcels is poor. As parcel monkey are considered third parties, neither them nor the courier (in my case parcelforce) seem to take any responsibility for tracking and delivery. So far I have no idea where my parcel is. I have had the same problem before when sending stuff to my daughter in France, it seems to be just by luck that she’s found her parcel before, delivered to a random shop near by. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a happy ending this time!

I just want to add this to to make their ratings drop more. I wish I didn’t even have an option to add a star. I have been using this company for a long time but just recently saw that they took money out of my account without my authorization. $220.50 to be exact. I just spent $173.00 on shipping and their response was that the carrier charged more for oversized packages. Understand that I used their website with correct measurements, weight and picked the rate that fit my budget. Parcel Monkey did not tell me it was oversized, did not prevent me from booking the shipment after my correct measurements and weight was inputted. They came back and said the carrier deemed it oversized and took money out of my account but they don’t give any proof with carrier contacts to call. They’re a scam located in the U.K. and will take money out of your account you use to make the original transaction from without knowledge a week later. Now I’m fighting with them to return my money. Oh, no phone to call all correspondence is done my chat and email to their main office in the U.K..

First time since we left the European union I have had to send a parcel abroad and what a lot of messing around . Normally write Christmas gifts and a little list. Not now need commodity codes and its not easy. I really felt like calling a friend who voted for Brexit to come and help send the parcel
Again 2 days delivery we were now on 6 days and still not arrived so glad I posted early and cant track it so not sure where it is
This is no fault of parcel monkey but people need to understand the new rules of sending parcels abroad now

Hermes failed to collect an Amazon return for about two weeks so I booked a courier with Parcel Monkey and Parcelforce showed up the next day.
But guess who else decided to make an appearance… that’s right, Hermes.
Wasn’t at the same time though, sadly.

A con company for sure run by shady James Greenburry who runs multiple companies with the same purpose. Customer service reply almost instantly without reading the details of ticket, rendering the whole customer service aspect useless. Whatever you think you might save by using this service, don’t use them. Will let you know once their directors get their court day.

Total con artists. Took my money for a 24 hour service, and my parcel was delivered at 48 hours, and no refund for a service they havent provided. Citing 2.6 of their terms, meaning only a refund after 5 days. Typical parcel middle men. Absolute rip off. If I had wanted a 48 hour service, I would have paid for one.

i booked for next day collection even after few days it was not collected. after complaining , it was rearranged to pick up next day and it didnt happen either. then I cancelled and got the refund. I received the email stating " we are pleased to offer you refund" as if they given free money...

We booked a same day courier collection as we had an urgent delivery. The courier did not turn up. We got in contact with Parcel monkey, who arranged for the courier to come the next day. We had paid extra for the same day collection, as we had not received the service we had paid for, we asked for a refund for the extra we had paid (not a refund for the full amount, just the difference), Parcel Monkey would not give us this refund despite knowing that we had not received the service we had paid for. We have used this company on multiple occasions before, yet our loyalty to them obviously means nothing. They are ok to use if you do not care when your order is collected or delivered and you want poor customer service!

Parcel Monkey is good, but the delivery by Parcel Force was very poor. The item was damaged on delivery and was not delivered until yesterday instead of last week. Parcel Force will not give their drivers the telephone numbers to call so the house could not be found. They also did not seem to have my comprehensive delivery instructions. I have used Parcel Monkey before and this delivery let them down.

What a joke, arranged and paid for collection which never been arranged by this company. All they can do is to reschedule collection!! What guarantee i have that it wont be another wasted day waiting for them to collect. Never again, avoid at all cost!! Some things are important and need to be delivered on time!!
