Sent various parcels through Parcel Monkey. Pretty easy to use and ended up booking them with Parcel Force which was cheaper than the rate quoted for Parcel Force at the Post Office counter. The only problem is that I couldnt complete the online booking without the recipients telephone number. Not sure why Parcel Force dont require this if you do it at the Post Office but do when booked through Parcel Monkey.

Absolutely useless, I booked a collection of a bicycle stating what it was a dimensions.. when the driver arrived to collect it he couldnt fit it in his car. The documents clearly stated its size and weight. Its taken days to get to a point of refund as Hermes say they cant collect it so recommended Parcel 2 go, just as rubbish as Hermes. Its easier to do a 400 mile round trip than deal with this companies and stress they have caused, not only to me but to the gentleman who has taken time out his days to wait in.

poor, sent an additional invoice for extra money. claiming the item was 5.9kg when it was 2.4kg. refused it credit the overcharge and said i needed pictures of the item with the address label.

When all goes well Parcel Monkey are very good. Their prices save a lot of money and the parcels arrive as they say. However, if things go wrong, as mine did last year, they are very unhelpful. Be warned!

Parcel monkey were fine and easy to deal with plus good prices.
However DHL who we chose leave a lot to be desired or used again.
Parcel booked on 8/12 for collection on 9/12. txt message re late pm collection
driver went to wrong address. Chased 9/12 will now collect 10/12 still no one came. Chased again! May collect 11/12. Eventually collected 13/12 they then lost parcel. We are now 7 days on and it’s still not been delivered.
Parcel tracking suggests it may be delivered tomorrow 16/12 but we will see!
Will certainly use parcel monkey again but never DHL.
Does DHL stand for “Deliveries Horrendously Late”

Driver arrived in the given time slot
He mentioned the customs label I had attached in the outside of the box didn’t look very safe as in attached
I said will I quickly put more tape on but he said no is ‘should ‘ be ok and swiftly took the parcel into the van
It left me quite anxious as to whether the parcel would arrive ok and it’s quite an expense to get it there
As it happens it did ! Phew
But I think either more instructions /examples of how it should be attached , I did google a few ideas to attach
driver/customer verbal exchange should be better
I know these drivers are extremely busy and keeping to tight schedules but it did leave me so worried that it would not get delivered
Other than that a great service to get Xmas presents overseas

Very prompt and efficient service, door-to- door Cornwall to Richmond Virgiinia in 7 days. The unexpected use of What 3 words caused some stress, as it was outside my experience, but I have learned something new!

Fosse Way Honey and Apivino Mead products are delivered by Parcel Force, parcel was collected from us. Very efficient and good value. Our customers are very happy with the service too.

Absolutely disgraceful, Slapped a £58 charge on my item, Said it was oversized. I carefully measured and weighed the item as I always do with my items and I always add a little extra on top to avoid these charges. They taken money from my bank without even debating or asking me any questions about my items or providing me any evidence at all. Avoid this lot. I have since had to contact trading standards and will be doing a chargeback.

Appalling service. Would advise never to use. Arranged collection of parcel, paid full postage cost, over £12. No collection was made, no correspondence to my emails regarding the issue. Will never use again.
