The website was fine and the dropping off at post office also fine; but once the package left this country there was no information whatsoever as to its whereabouts, as yet 18 days later I don’t know if it has been lost, it certainly hasn’t reached my daughter, I’m hoping it will in time for Christmas !

On 10th of November , 2021 I finally received the compensation for the money that this company stole from me . How did the "miracle" happen? Well I spoke to a few people and they advice that I should hire the Recovery Company on Emailking1 for help and they did help me . Visit their TELLEGram (Emailking1 ) and thank me later

Useless service. Paid for next day delivery through Courier, two days later and still no collection. Messaged to complain and Parcel Monkey were unable to do anything other than just say I could cancel if I wanted to. Wont ever be using them again - pointless service if they are unable to resolve any issues.

My first time using parcel monkey, 2 parcels sent having paid extra upgrade fee for fast delivery. Both consignments took far longer that the upgrade time span quoted, parcel monkey not particularly interested when asked for a refund of the extra amount paid claiming that sometimes the fast delivery service cannot be met and was just unlucky I guess I was really unlucky for both parcels to have taken so long. Would advise customers not to upgrade as this is really just pot luck

very easy to use and collected and delivery was as expected. the only thing is the list of items is not obvious and what is not allowed is very extensive makes you wonder what you can post!! would however, use again and recommend.

I had to fill in a customs invoice. When I printed the label, the customs invoice and shippers copy also printed out. There were no instructions regarding the customs invoice so I retained it, thinking the courier would have their own copies. Now it seems its supposed to go with the parcel. The parcel was stuck in German customs for about 3 weeks, and is now either on its way back to me or lost. Please provide instructions!!!

be warned that if you pay for a service that’s tracked and it doesn’t update because your parcels lost you’ll be bounced back and forth for any form of customer service! PF will say you’re not entitled to use their customer services because you’ve used a third party to book it and that you need to contact parcel monkey (and they only have email) so getting any clear answer is a nightmare! paid extra for appropriate insurance for nothing

One parcel delivered promptly to the U.S.A by dPd. Tracking was not provided.
Second parcel by Parcelforce which is currently enroute to Thailand and good detail on tracking by them so far.

WARNING DO NOT USE. Sent a parcel on next day delivery, a return item, it was collected a day late as they did not show up withing their own allocated timeslot. Chased my refund two weeks later to find the parcel was still in the Courier warehouse. Advised twice that they would reattempt delivery but they did not they returned the package stating that the business had closed down. This is untrue as I sent a friend to the address who took pictures. Requested a refund plus requested to claim the insurance for the cost of the items which I can no longer return as it is out of the returns date. Every message ignored. Do not use this company or Courier the service is an absolute disgrace.

Straight forward on time

The initial Part of collection was excellent as went through Parcel Force. Collection was made on the 18th of October as of today the 4th of December my 10 items have still not been delivered. I have tried to get this resolved. They keep asking more questions re ther items I sent. They were all clearly labelled and wrapped as they were new boxes being returned. No phone. They have replied in good time but have yet to resolve a simple non delivery issue. Will not use again. Should have realised when they had no phone to contact and resolve issue. Always rate a company when you have an issue and how they resolve it. Lets see but 6 weeks is a huge issue
