Two parcels collected for two destinations, collected last wednesday for delivery Thursday, one delivered Friday the other not, we were told it was delivered friday but no one was there, no card put through door, on website we re-scheduled it for Monday, not delivered up until this afternoon it still said for delivery Monday. Have re arranged for delivery tomorrow Wednesday. Have one very unhappy customer plus the design agency that we worked on behalf of.

Have an account with Parcelmonkey and use them occasionally. Logged in without a problem even after a long break and found it easy to find my way to the sections I wanted. Arranged a parcel delivery online with Parcelforce with drop off to local Post Office. All went smoothly - the label arrived by email and printed out OK. The Post Office accepted it OK. Parcelforce collected it from Post Office on time. It was delivered via their 24hour service on time and the tracking was available online in real time.
Considerably cheaper than going direct through Parcelforce and no drawbacks that I could see. Very satisfied and would use the Parcelforce/Parcelmonkey combination again without hesitation.

One parcel I send with parcelmonkey got returned to the sender without any reason. Since I moved to a new address, I told them this parcel needs to be delivered to a different location. Even though they told me they have forwared the new address to DPD, DPD never tried to deliver it. Instead, they disposed the item after 5 weeks. So far, parcelmonkey has still not answered whether they will refund the parcel value even though I protected it for the delivery.

Used this service for parcel to Israel. The site is easy to use ( except for hideous customs form, not parcel monkeys fault, but colours ones view of the process) although more expensive than I had hoped. The parcel was supposed to take 3 to 5 days but actually took 10 days. 8 days after posting the link to tracking information led to the statement "no tracking events are available right now". Not helpful. Surely it was in the country by then and a short note saying it was on its way would have been reassuring.

I bought a label online. It was very easy to do.
I stuck it on the parcel and took it to the Post Office.
Then a man in a van picked it up and delivered it to someone.
It went very well.
I’m going to leave feedback for the manufacturers of the sellotape I used to stick the label on, the lady in the Post Office who scanned the label very efficiently, the man in the van who managed not to drop the parcel, and Morrisons for having petrol to enable me to get to the Post Office.
When I got to work afterwards, nobody reviewed my performance, which was slightly disappointing, my boss simply said ‘Where the &&*# have you been?! If you’re late again, you’re out the door you useless %#$€!’
So that wasn’t very good.
But the parcel thing? That was great.

Hopefully, the faceless + almost contactless personnel at Parcel Monkey will remember to arrange my parcel collection by Parcel Force tomorrow - for which I paid extra. I will not be using them again.

Very bad service- extremely slow and not professional. After 4.5 weeks my parcel is not delivered. Your company has chosen to cooperate abroad with Poczta Polska WER which has the worst reviews - takes months to deliver parcels in the same city where the depot is located. Completely waste of money to use your service.

I was very disappointed with the service. I chose to pay more for the express international service, which said to deliver within 3-4 days to HK. My parcel was sent on 20/10 & when I booked the service, it was meant to be delivered on 26/10. I was happy because that’s a birthday gift for my nephew on 30/10 and that allow sufficient time to arrive. However, during my tracking I always found the parcel status in transit only, no notice was ever sent to me informing a possible delay. Not until 28/10 I got this update from you (after submitting a whole bunch of info to request) indicating that the shipment was delayed due to flight cancellation. Until now, today 1/11 12:16pm U.K. time the parcel has not reached the recipient, no update is provided since 28/10, how can I trust & satisfy with the service you’ve provided? I don’t even know when the parcel will be delivered. I could have chosen a cheaper option which offers 4-7 days delivery at the beginning if time is not critical. The service provided is not what I’ve paid for and as you’ve described.
