Terrible. Had my customer waiting for a week. Parcel did not collected. I had to call parcel force every day. Parcel monkey does not have a phone line. Over prices as well.

Appalling service I sent a parcel to USA on 11th December 4 day service for Christmas - I tried to track its progress on Parcel Monkey site but no tracking update it was sent with DPD so tracked via their site 13th December says has left the country. 20th December still says the same so I contacted parcel Monkey via email (only way to speak to them) They came back and told me my parcel is on hold at depot as I should have addressed with FULL christian name (nowhere on form does it say this) I gave Parcel monkey both my email address and phone number surely someone should have contacted me to update with new full name DPD now tell me parcel is on its way Parcel Monkey tell me however that as it sat in holding it may just be delivered back to me!!! Why is it that I can get info from DPD even though Im not the client whereas Parcel Monkey doesnt know whats going on!! No Christmas presents for Grandchildren this year!! Grr!!!!!!!!

Sorry, Parcel Monkey...youve always been good in the past. I like Courier as your courier too but they didnt pick my parcel up for 3 days...as far as I know, it;s still not delivered 11 days LATER

Excellent service from both Parcel monkey and courier DPD, items (2boxes) picked up from Gosport 5pm and both delivered safely to Scotland by 4pm the following day even though I hadnt specifically paid for 24hr delivery. Ive used parcel monkey for the last 4 years without any issues, simple website etc. On a side note I would seriously discourage anyone from using Hermes as from my experience that are the exact opposite of what Ive written above .

Got me a price for an A3 parcel to the US nearly quarter of the price I was quoted by a local courier. Parcel arrived in the States in three days which was pretty amazing considering it was just before Christmas. Would definitely use Parcel Monkey again and recommend.

Parcel not collected , zero communication from Courier why they failed to collect , parcel monkey website just allows rebooking next day no chance ask why they failed or can I trust collection next day given poor comms

Sent a smallish parcel to Canada at just over 2kg so came within the 2-5kg range so no problems so far. The parcel was delivered before we expected and in perfect condition so an excellent delivery service. This went to pot when I received an email with extra charges for declaring the wrong sizes for the parcel with no explanation of what my mistake was. With such a small parcel I cannot understand where I went wrong so will never use parcel again when these charges are taken automatically.

This is the second time Ive sent a parcel with Parcel Monkey. Really easy to use, and they getthe best prices for sending a parcel to Switzerland. The process of forms to complete is straightforward.
The parcel was delivered safely taking 6 days and the recipient was kept informed of its progress via email.
Will definitely use this service again.

Not as good as I was expecting website tracking not up to date and even though I left a note addressed to the named driver signed and stating it was OK to leave the parcel ( already a note stating that on the door or leave with a neighbour ) he took it away and had to call again
