Service and price excellent. However, the goods arrived slightly damaged and am unsure as yet if caused by poor packing or in transit!!

Our parcel was picked up and delivered as expected. Be good to advise if the receiver is not available to receive before 9am though.

I would have liked the option to state a place I could leave my package for collection if I needed to go out. MyHermes does this.
