Booked a sameday collection for 11.30 am. Driver came near 1.30pm after my chasing City-Link. Deliver took place at 4.50pm. Lost a client.

Nightfreight are working on their tracking technology and the improvements will hopefully be available in late summer.
Cheap service, was completed exactly as promised. Will use again.

It would be good to have tracking on same day delivery as these packages are urgent.

As it doesn't pass through a depot or hub location, and is carried out within the day, the couriers do not provide tracking for this service.
You need to add the option for timed collection. I had to wait at work til 7pm for city link

I booked an overnight via Courier yet the parcel was not even collected until the delivery date and so was delivered late. Pointless!
