Impressed on first use of PM but timed collections needed. I had to wait till 16.30 before arrival of collecting courier. A waste of my day.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
