The wrong parcel was delivered (someone else's parcel entirely!) and I am still waiting compensation!

Citylink didn't turn up on day booked. Said had put card through door but was definitely in (work from home). Had to rebook with Citylink.

Royal Mail collected late in day and responsed to my email 1 day after despatch. 1 parcel 4 days with weekend other 6 days
