As busy people it would be very advantageous to know whether the parcel would be collected AM or PM.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.
Courier are an atrociously poor provider. Problems every time

The DX man Ok. He represent well. I think there should be a platform in your portal to inform customer of save delivery of what they send.
