The first attempt at collection in an umarked white van did not really make much attempt to collect. We have CCTV

I had a message from the person I sent the parcel to say that the canvas was damaged in transit, I have had to pay her back,not happy

Despite it being on the warning list. The parcel contained glass bottles many of which were smashed during delivery.

When I pay for next day I expect next day and you couldn't be less interested when this doesn't happen. Shame as otherwise great service
