A guide to the anticipated time of collection would have been useful - eg a window of 3 or 6 hours

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Unfortunately you are consistently poor! Customer states Courier did not try to deliver and item returned to me 10 days later. WTF!
