Parcel was marked fragile and carry this way up , on collection courier carried wrong way and appeared to throw into the van.

Very disappointed by exorbitant surcharges for a parcel found to be slightly over the given weight.

Our Response: We are charged per kg and therefore have to charge our customers the same when they make mistakes with their size or weight details.
Another successful Parcel Force delivery thank god for the Royal Mail..!
