There was no window for the pick up, so I waited around all day untiil 4:15pm. It would have been nice to know when to expect the driver.

Driver dumped package on my doorstep without even knocking. Left in public view in a non-secure front garden. Email claimed 'signed for'

Collector put 4 instead of 5 parcels on system so 4 were delivered even though 5 were in van. Deliverer came back with last parcel later.
