I use Parcel Monkey every time. Its simple to use, gives me a list of options, easy to download invoices and generally makes my life a little easier.

All went well until it got to Thailand. Was sent to a depot 180km from the address. The depot refused to deliver to the address and said it would need to be collected quickly or it would be returned to the Uk. A fee was also demanded.

Parcel Monkey is a great service that helps me choose the most suitable, cost-effective courier from a list of companies and the services they offer. It’s so quick and easy. And I’ve always found the couriers reliable. Couldn’t ask for better. I use PM whenever I send a parcel.

Thieves and scammers. What an absolutely deplorable organisation. These guys took my 30 x 40 x 30 parcel and posted it to Australia for me. I’m disgusted to say that without any warning whatsoever these guys took £400 from my card because they said the box measurements were incorrect. They charged me for a box that was almost 2.5 times the size of the ACTUAL box. Despite having sent multiple photos (all of which the customer service team apparently can’t read, and we’ve sent multiple photos with VERY clear measurements) of the dimensions of the box, parcel monkey are doing everything the possibly can to keep this fraudulently obtained money. No phone number to call, customer service don’t care, and meanwhile I am out of pocket £400. FOUR HUNDRED pounds. I fear that this is the way these guys operate. They steal your money blatantly, don’t even try to to hide it, in order to make profit. This is how they truly operate their business. Don’t ever use these guys, not unless you can afford to be robbed of all of your hard earned money.

FRAUD! They had no issue charging me the shipping fee, as well as having my brother in Europe pay import costs, only to go AWOL, NEVER communicate the failure of not delivering the parcel, but instead causing havoc on our beautiful planet by needlessly shipping parcels around the globe. Not okay. Do not use!!!

Scammers, thieves, unprofessional..... Between Monkey and Evri my parcel was lost (though I am positive it was stolen) and I could not get any party to even be serious with me and treat me like a customer, like another courier for instance do. They cost me worth £450 of products that I needed to travel for work abroad. They asked to see receipts for the products which I did send and then they offered me £12 refund for the delivery which I did not take, then they just stopped answering my emails or my messages on the chat box. How on earth is a sh***y company like this one and Evri are still operating in the UK is way beyond me!!!!!!!!!

Parcel sent by Evri through Parcel Monkey. Probably the worst combination possible for competence. Needless to say parcel did not arrive at its destination, parcel monkey not responding to my queries and Evri tell me to contact Parcel Monkey. Never ever again. Utterly useless and willfully unhelpful in trying to rectify a problem. A service designed purely to bring cash in with absolutely no intention to offer a good service.

I wanted to post a christmas present on 21 December, knowing that Delivery Companies were under extreme stress, there was a postal strike, and other disruption to transport infrastructure throughout the UK. Reviewing the options offered, a lot of the companies and services, despite variable pricing, stated that delays were likely- Within the last few weeks, I knew that APC, Fedex and DPD were failing miserably and had lost or delayed consignments which had already affected me. I wanted to avoid this. Prices ranged from around £12 to well over £40. There was a UPS option, well priced, and offering a 2 day delivery. I dropped off at the local depot to reduce any pick-up/collect time, and hey presto, my sister in Poole received her present 2 days later for under £13! Perfect.

Guaranteed next day delivery not delivered on time. Sent it to the place I was travelling to. Would’ve been better to pay for check-in baggage because I could’ve gotten the item there on time myself.

I booked for 2 parcels to be delivered to 2 different addresses in the UK, from within the UK. One parcel was delivered to the addressee in England, whilst the second parcel for Glasgow was dropped off at a local pick UPS pickup point, with out notifying me. I had paid for delivery to the recipient not to a pickup point

Absolutely shameful customer service. Ive sent 22 emails and still they refuse to refund me my parcel which they lost, even though I PAID for insurance. See you in the small claims court. I will never use you again.

Delivery driver didnt show up twice to collect parcel! This resulted in bad timings and had to totally cancel the service. Unreliable and would never use again!!!

It was very easy to use the service
The only downside was that not a lot of the shops take yodel and when i did find one he said the driver wouldnt take it due to the size, once i had a harsh conversation with the shop person they did take it and yodel delivered it in time for christmas so was happy

Paid more for incorrect information! You would assume that ParcelMonkey would check information about what service each courier could offer against the courier. It turns out they dont. Their price was higher. Their list of collection points was wrong. Their booked collection date was wrong. My suggestion: find some other way to compare the leading couriers.
