Be good to know what time a shops collection time would be helpful since I just missed a collection and my parcel was sat around in a a shop for an extra 23.5 hours

Timely delivery and accurate tracking. Contents of parcels looked as though it had been kicked about a bit. Dropped off at UK Post office on Wednesday 2nd November, delivered in France Monday 7th.

Very disappointed with the service from this company. I needed to send a parcel fairly urgently to Switzerland so chose parcelforce global priority from the list of options as their delivery was 3-4 days. Needless to say after 6 days the parcel was still at poole international hub waiting to be processed! Tried contacting parcel monkey but just got standard reply several times. Couldnt speak to an actual person!

I sent a parcel from the UK to Germany , while it was in transit I received an email from DPD for an additional payment of €23.24 customs duty , before my parcel can be delivered. I find it absolutely unacceptable that PARCEL MONKEY do not warn customers about these hidden charges.

Even though I filled in the details stating that it is a present for a particular person in Spain, this person had to pay taxes to get the item as it didnt say anywhere that it was a gift for a particular individual.

Parcel Monkey were efficient no issues there but the courier Evri did not collect parcel, after 3 days I dropped it off at local collection point. The parcel has still not been delivered 1

Do not use - unless you want your goods to arrive damaged and get nothing from Parcel Monkey in compensation even if you take out additional insurance!

Goods arrived damaged and dispite taking out the additional insurance cover they will not compensate. The item cost me nearly £500 and nothing to show for it as the receiving company will not refund me due to damaged goods and Parcel Monkey won’t either, so I’m the one out of pocket. Disgusting!

I didn’t realise it would be three days
before the parcel would be delivered for two days the tracking said it was in the local depot so I was worried about the delivery day

Parcel got delivered to a different state in USA and ParcelMonkey isnt doing anything to help. I paid for UPS 1-3 business day delivery and posted a parcel from London to New York on 22nd October. Since then the tracking showed that the parcel kept bouncing between New York and New Jersey so I contacted ParcelMonkey to get them to investigate and get the parcel delivered. They said that they will ask UPS for an update. Tracking then started showing that the parcel is being shipped to Newark, New Jersey. I contacted ParcelMonkey again, asking to look into it urgently and ensure that the parcel is getting delivered to the recipient. Then on 4th November the parcel has been marked as delivered to Newark (instead of New York) and signed by someone named Silva. I kept asking ParcelMonkey to recover the parcel or tell me the address to which it got delivered, but they just shrugged and said that UPS will open an investigation which should take 8 days, and they wouldnt tell me the address. So now is 8th November (17 days after sending the parcel) my very valuable parcel is lost, ParcelMonkey doesnt do anything to help beyond sending me seemingly automated messages saying that theyve requested an update from UPS.

In the parcel I had about 19.3 kilograms of personal belongings, consisting only of my clothes and a few shoes. The cardboard box in which I put my cargo arrived torn and shattered everywhere and very dirty.

We sent a parcel to Spain from Wales, 7 months later it has finally been returned to Wales. The customer service department were not interested. We made numerous calls and sent emails and then when we tried to claim on the insurance we were told we were not covered. We paid for full insurance, so if a parcel is lost and not delivered how can that not be covered. Eventually we were offered 65 pounds for a 400 pound package. We rejected that offer and we told thats all we would get. We explained that we believed that we had been missold the insurance. We had a paid invoice to prove what the item was but again they rejected it. Then following more emails and calls we had the parcel returned. I now have to use a new company to send the package. I am absolutely appalled by this lack of service and will never use or recommend this company again

I paid for 24 hour delivery. Despite me being in all day the courier claimed that I was not in at a time I can prove I was. Parcel Monkey hide in their T&Cs that service doesn’t start until pick up so I have no recourse and have to tell my disappointed customer that their urgent delivery is now at least 3 days late. Avoid.
