One of the Most strange Expirience!I PAID 37.64£ for Express shipping by PARCELFORCE After TEN DAYS of my parcel being Accepted and sent (keep in mind that it had to be delivered in 4-6 day (!) so after 10 days they CHARGE MY CARD EXTRA 107£(!!!) answer was that AFTER 10 DAYS THEY DISCOVERED that my parcels sizes wasnt 25 x 18 x 10cm @ 0.5kg( 5 inch hairdressing Tondeo Supra shears that does NOT requires even 25 sm box(I HAVE A PHOTOS) , i Personally measured and wrapped it and add ± extra santimeters to respect ParcelmonkeyUK. However AFTER 20 DAYS from Collection they answered that The dimensions given by the courier are 82cm x 39cm x 21cm. I REQUESTED ANY PROOFS OF THAT,AT LEAST PHOTOS, and After that there is NO Proof respond at all ! Very confused and very Dissatisfied! AVOID THEM or Make Sure that you Always make photos of Measured parcel that shows all sides and gramms ±. And have extra Two weeks to freese your card, and EMAIL THEM DAILY ! Will Update as soon as the situation will be fixed.????

Use parcel monkey for all my Larger/ Heavy Items, always good service and best price. I normally use parcel force 48hr. I just drop at post office, never used collection from home.

I used Parcel Monkey UK to send a parcel to my Daughter in Florida. I used the pick up from home option. A smooth pickup on the 7th February and the parcel was delivered on the 14th...very happy with this service and will be using again.

Parcel has been sitting in the collection cupboard of our local Co-op since Tuesday evening, it’s supposed to be in Chicago by Monday, do Parcel Monkey have magic wands! Furious! Take your money but don’t sort out the problem!

I paid for 24 hour delivery. My parcel was still in DXs depot 48 hours after it was collected from me and they didnt even attempt to deliver my parcel until 2 days after it was collected from me! What a waste of money!! I paid £16.50 for next day delivery and the courier company did not fulfill their contract. Parcel monkey were no help whatsoever and just told me I was not entitled to a refund! DONT USE DX COURIERS OR PARCEL MONKEY.....THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND UNHELPFUL ONCE THEY HAVE TAKEN YOUR MONEY.. They are not even worth 1 star!!!!

On Track your parcel, after 6 days it still says - your parcel is being exported from the uk. No evidence that it has arrived or out for delivery despite the original 5-7 days delivery. On a positive note, your site was easy to use.

I weigh my parcel correctly with the digital weighing scale. How my parcel is overcharged 18£ ? Plus When I was booking my courier that time parcel monkey mentioned its with custom duty and this is final charge but now when delivery man came he asked me for custom charge. What is this? Also my box is changed, what parcel company did with my parcel? Without informing the client. I want explanation from courier company and parcel monkey. I want explanation from both of you. Parcel monkey = You mentioned while booking the rate is inclusive tax? Then why they took extra custom from me? Courier service company = My measurements was correct. Why you people charged me extra? This is your fault. I payed extra without my mistake. I am 100% sure my digital weighing machine is well working. The money you took extra from me. I want that money back.

Parcelmonkey declined 3 transactions but they still held the funds as pending authorizations. These pending charges aren’t removable by the bank and have been in place for 3 days now.

It is reliable and affordable, I am always informed when will the driver to pick up my parcel. It is very efficient as well, usually the parcel was picked up the next day and delivered to my destination within 6 to 8 days.

55” Television sent in Purpose Built, Double Wall Parcel Box. I booked this parcel to be sent via Parcel Monkey. The 55” television was placed into a purpose built parcel box for the television. The box clearly had handles top indicate and differentiate the top from the bottom of the box and thus the top and bottom of the television. This asset failed to allow the delivery men that they had brought the parcel into the house and placed the television upside down. The outside of the box was covered well with sticking tape, repetitively stating “Fragile”. The packaging used to secure the television was sturdy and ensured that there was no movement of the item inside. The first delivery date came and went without sight of the delivery company but the parcel was delivered the next day. When unboxed, the well protected television had two corners smashed and one was bent over. With a military service of many years witnessing many moves, some 20 in total, I’ve never broke a single item during national and international transportation of the contents of my entire home. The conclusion of this matter now rests with the customer service of Parcel Monkey who promise to respond to my email within 3 hours. At this stage, I awarded Parcel Monkey 1 star because I can’t award them zero star in what thus far has been a disappointing exercise.

Zero star, after taking insurance for shipping. Their courier Courier dropped my package in front of customer and claim the packaged was not pack correctly. Even I had polystyrene! Will never use Parcrlmonkey- con artist.

I have used Parcel Monkey on several occasions and always found the service very good. On this last shipment I supplied correct package dimensions and correct weight- and received an overcharge detailing an incorrect weight- I am very experienced at packaging measuring and weighing parcels having sold over 1200 items nationally and internationally as an eBay seller- this is perhaps where using a parcel comparison/booker site rather than courier direct May fall down.

We booked and paid for 9 collections through this shower on Evri which failed to collect, despite PM confirming cancelled in December they have failed to refund the payments and each time reply asking for order numbers to be reconfirmed which are clearly included in the emails, no intention of appearing helpful just continuous obstruction. We have now handed the issue over to our card provider
