Selected DPD as courier, but had to drive 6 miles to drop off point. DPD did a great job though.

Me too: Parcel wasnt collected. Courier updated their status at the very end of the day, but still no update from PM. Apparently it was too much to hope that it would be automatically collected the following day, and now its my fault for waiting until the following morning before contacting PM.

My experience has been really bad hence why I’m writing this review. I am not just complaining for the sake of complaining. Normally I can sort the issue with the company and so no need to write a bad review, but a solution is proving very difficult. Honestly, I would avoid. I chose them because I was returning an item from Dormeo and they recommended to use Parcel Monkey. I did not question this as Dormeo are a respected company, so I used Parcel Monkey’s service without hesitation. I bought increased compensation (£125) which, at the time, gave me increased peace of mind. I sent my parcel on 20th December and it is now 17th January. No change in tracking details since 30th December yet they are ignoring my requests for a refund and constantly saying they will chase with the courier (Evri). It’s obvious my parcel is lost. Choose a more reputable company even if it’s slightly more expensive! Go direct instead of using Parcelmonkey as the middle man. When you think about it, there really is no need. It’s adding another layer to the process which complicates matters. If a similar experience to mine has happened to you, contact Citizen’s Advice for advice. They will advise you on best way to recover your losses. This service is unacceptable and they should not be allowed to get away with this.

The online booking was such an easy process and my parcel was picked up and delivered within the specified time frame. It was also very good value for money. I would definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

I needed to get a parcel delivered to a family member & clicked onto Parcel Monkey, paid, printed the label & the next day collected by Evri then delivered within 2 days in good condition, excellent service & result! I will definitely use them again.

Brilliant service even to the northern Scottish highlands very impressed. Sent 3pm 9th January Northumberland arrived Wick 10th January with UPS using parcel monkey Huge box 12kg cost less £10.

Item sent in December but was damaged (visible on box), tried to claim but then the very poorly written T&C were presented and decided that my item was classed as one of the prohibited items and therefore nto covered. T&C later say item is covered if box is physically damaged which it is but they were not interested. Dont send anything valuable even if you insure it as it wont be covered.

Worse company to deal with. Explained my parcel had been returned to me in error by the carrier more than 1 month after posting. Asked for a refund. Told cant have a refund as the carrier had returned due to restrictive items inside. Explained this is an error at the carrier as u had followed all rules set. So now no gifts for my family in Canada and a lot of wasted money. Will never use again. Disgusting. Will go back to DPD as normal next year as never have any issues with them!

Booked an 8kg parcel for India. The address fields on the PM website are far too small for many overseas destinations. Anyway completed all documentation including invoices as required. Parcelforce collected early next day, excellent! 2 days later I received in the post a multi-part CP72 form from PF which they needed completing and returning before they would process the parcel. Caused delay and inconvenience.

Parcel has. It been delivered despite recipient waiting in all day. She has been advised it’s gone back to the original sender but it had personal products inside so it’s a bit of a mess

The companys website was extremely difficult to use - everytime I tried to fill in the form to place my order, it kept crashing. I persevered and after numerous attempts I got there in the end but I shouldnt have bothered asI then realised that they wouldnt be able to pick up and deliver my parcel on time. I NEVER received any correspondence from Parcel Monkey about the fact that I didnt use them, and am now trying to get my money back. I used Courier instead - its website and service was much more efficient and easier to use . Not only that but they were cheaper too! Parcel monkey is a scam - DO NOT use them!

I had not used this service before, but on the recommendation of a friend I tried it out for a parcel collection and delivery I needed. It was easy to search and filter for a courier, with multiple collection and delivery options available. No issues when using the site and good updates on the delivery process.

Very useful application. Having access to print your own labels is generally required but the system is easy to navigate. I sent a large parcel to the Irish republic via Parcel Monkey and although the customs form was an additional bit of printing,I was able to complete the process and have goods on the way in 24 hours. Person in Eire received the parcel a few days later in good condition. Overall cost for most of my transactions have been very reasonable. I have continued to use this system over the past few years as I found it most reliable!!!

The Parcel Monkeys app allowed me to organise delivery of a large box to my nieces address in Cardiff. Although I had to print the delivery labels, I was able to complete the process and have the goods on the way to Cardiff within 24hours. She received the parcel two days later in good condition and was well pleased with the super fast delivery!!!!

Failed to deliver my international parcel then charged £23 to have it returned after the buyer had no contact from the courier to accept the package or information in who to contact. 3 months later and still in dispute waiting for the proof they say they have contacted the buyer , complete load of rubbish as my details were on the package for contact too. Over £50 out of pocket and a list of excuses and please be patient messages is all I have had for it. Quick to respond but not with anything remotely helpful or offer of a refund for all this hassle . Lost my buyer and had to refund over £250 including the postage cost..! Avoid these poorly run parcel comparisons and go direct and Dpd were a great help they just can’t do anything more as the order was placed through these bunch of jokers.
