Very simple process to download shipping paperwork etc. No searching for post offices that are still open or queuing behind belligerent old people who take an eternity to buy three stamps!
A very reasonable cost for the shipping and it arrived just before Christmas as anticipated. I will use this service again.

So easy to use. Just measure and weigh parcel and up comes options of couriers. Choose the one you want, usually one of the cheaper known ones and complete details on screen, deciding if you want to take to local shop or arrange a collection,,,,sorted!

I dropped off my parcel at the local Evri shop but it still hasn’t arrived. I am upset as it contained Christmas presents and I felt very smug using parcel monkey rather than Royal Mail and was confident that there wouldn’t be any delay. The tracking just says “delayed” which isn’t helpful.

The Parcel Monkey website was easy to use and the information was clear. I ordered two UPS courier deliveries. One was delivered a day late and the other was delivered to a collection point rather than the address I requested. No notification for either of these events was sent to me and no card was left for the recipient. I only discovered this information when I thought Id check the tracking information.

Hello.. The services inside the Kingdom you are using are excellent, but when I entered Egypt they were asked to pay an amount of approximately 4400 Egyptian pounds. This was not mentioned at all when I paid the shipping fees and did not mention any details for this, as I considered it a fraud because I did not know about it in advance. Greetings

Im writing this review after several requests from Parcel Monkey. It only applies to the service PM provided, not the carrier. I was sending a parcel weighing 0.5kg to an EU country. PM showed Parcel Force Euroeconomy as cheapest option, which cost me nearly £14. I also had to fill in an online export form, including a HS code for Customs for the item I was sending, that I first had to find on a gov.uk website. Then PMs form kept rejecting it as an invalid code! Eventually I found a code for a similar item that it accepted. After getting the address label etc. from PM I dropped off the parcel at the post office. I then discovered I could have sent the same parcel by Royal Mail for about £8! So using PM was bit of a waste of time and money.

Appalling! After 10 days since posting our parcel hasn’t even left the country! We will never use parcel Monkey again.

Good until the courier failed to deliver and then the courier said it was Parcel Monkeys responsibility to chase the compensation since it was booked through them and good luck with Parcel Monkey providing any help. My advice? Book direct with the courier.

Posted in plenty of time, was meant to be delivered the day before Christmas Eve and it’s still not arrived. Stuck in customs apparently with no contact to me (the sender) or recipient. Family members who have come a long way do not have their present and will now have to have reposted to them late. Shipping already was expensive and now I have to pay more but mostly disappointed they were not delivered and no contact was made.

My parcel has not been delivered yet so is late for Christmas!!! There has been no update from Evri since Thursday 22nd December so I have paid £9.58 to NOT get my parcel delivered on time even though your website states that Evri was operating normally.

Parcel was not picked up as requested and paid for. After waiting 4 days and contacting the courier, I ended up taking the parcel to the courier drop off myself. Very inconvenient as my mobility is poor - hence why i booked a pick up.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. I paid £60 for the service so that my grandson would receive it for Christmas. The parcel has not arrived. Very disappointed. I do hope the parcel has not been lost by yourselves and it will eventually be delivered to my grandson Mark
