Can’t log in despite several attempts. Labelled present and selected the correct EU code but red tape has held up Christmas present for over a week. Can’t speak to a human on the contact info. I will never use this service again. Hopeless.

Between parcel monkey and evri they lost my parcel. Beware parcel monkeys blame evri and evri blame the monkeys. You cant get to speak to a person all you have is a tick box and then they want to see receipts for what is in the parcel. Dont bother taking out extra insurance against lost or damaged parcels, I did and havent had any compensation. They treated me as the recipient. Thick lot I was the bl***y sender.

Parcel never arrived.

Parcel was collected by Evri courier in Scotland when arranged and delivered to an address in England in time for Christmas. Everything went to plan especially when we were in the middle of a postal strike and we could not depend on the Royal Mail.

Made two deliveries through parcelmonkey using dx both were problems delivered wrong and not collected had to rebook another collection and wait for the refund as parcelmonkey could not amend it which i couldnt speak to anyone had to sit wasting hours on webchat

We shipped a parcel from the UK to Brunei. It was quick and easy. The only time consuming part was adding the export number for each item, Parcel Monkey do share the HMRC link though.

I waited in all day for Parcelforce pick up via parcel monkey. No show. Contacted CS, just offered to reschedule with no assurance the same won’t happen again. Will avoid in future.

Used Parcel Monkey lots of times. First time Parcel Force was the most economical for delivery to Australia. The parcel was delivered to the nearest post office, not the recipient’s address. It took me a lengthy call to parcel force international to establish where my parcel had gone (too late for the grandchildren’s Christmas Day). Why couldn’t Parcel Monkey have done this investigation on my behalf - it was them I paid. Very disappointing

What can I say it was a simple transaction everything worked Our parcel was collected yesterday as arranged. Previously they sorted out a problem I had with a parcel to China & got me a refund. Excellent.

if i could give a zero i would sent a package toi a freinds for xmas day one of the items got smashed into bits now passing the buck saying im not emtited to comapteion when i insured the package they ruined a perfelty good xmas day dont use this useless company unless you want your items in bits

Selected Courier. Seems reasonable from a punters point of view that Courier is Courier. But apparently not. Only certain Courier parcels can be dropped off at some Courier drop off points. Courier parcels as sold via your site must be dropped at a diffrerent Courier point than the Courier point advertised online, in the shop window and as directed by your site. Courier does not mean Courier. You nedd to make that much clearer!

This service was fabulous, everything was documented well and I knew at every stage where my parcel was. It was collected and delivered as expected. I will not be using Royal Mail again as we are still waiting for Christmas presents to arrive to some family members. This was a much more professional service

Recommended a delivery company, UPS, that still hasn’t delivered a parcel - very difficult to track. Appreciate that there are lots of difficulties at the moment but why say (and charge for) a parcel can be delivered in 1-2 days when it’s actually going to take 9?

I have only just found out my Son in Switzerland hasn’t received the parcel. We have been in Norway , only arriving home late on the 27th. The Swiss family left for Germany on the 23rd and arrived home around 7.30 this evening the 28th. It maybe being held somewhere. I can’t give you anymore information as it is late. If I hear more I will contact you. We have used you before successfully and I am sure we will do so in the future. Cherrie Dawson.

Would have given no stars if I could. I sent a parcel which was picked up on Friday afternoon for next day delivery before 10.30am at the cost of over £20. It didn’t arrive next day and after messaging them was informed that they don’t deliver on Sat or Sun unless you pay extra for that service. Parcel still didn’t arrive on Monday and eventually arrived on Tuesday at 11.35 which is neither next day or before 10.30am. I have contacted them many times but they don’t seem to understand. Won’t be using them again
