Great service, website very easy to use and clear to pick your delivery. Instructions to print off the label were clear and kept up to date with the delivery. Would definitely recommend!

It was easy to find costs for my package, and to pay on line. The package was collected promptly and delivered as arranged, two days later, completely without any damage. This is the third package I have sent recently, and I have given 5 stars for all three, for the friendly, yet professional, and efficient couriers.

We have used Parcel Monkey for a number of times over the last years to get quotes to despatch presents around the country. We have never been let down by any of their recommendations. We cant fault the service provided. They do what its "says on the tin" to the extent that the recipients now also use them. I cant say fairer than that

Parcel should have been collected in Tuesday but Evri messaged to say collection address invalid or something similar. I replied to their email & got no reply so went back through your site & rebooted for Thursday. Parcels were collected but havent moved since Friday.

Got the best price by far for sending my parcel to England during the postal strike and it was delivered within 24hours so I was really pleased with the service and the cost. This was my fourth time using Parcel Monkey both here in the UK and for deliveries to Europe and each time the experience was really positive.

Firstly I print the label and courier come to collect it . Unfortunately he couldn’t scan it. Then next day my husband print the label. Same story courier couldn’t collect it as he said he couldn’t scan it. I had to take it to the shop and it scanned with no issues. I was disappointed that I had to go to drop off shop as I paid for courier to collect the parcel ! Except of this everything else was good .

Got the best price for sending two parcels to Wales and they were delivered within 24hr so was really pleased. Still cost quite a lot but compared to Royal Mail us was still cheaper. This is my second time using them and both experiences were positive.

Once the parcel was dropped off it worked like clockwork.
Dropping off the parcel only had an address not a shop name! When I eventually found it it was called CostCutter, would have ben nice to know.

My parcel (which was actually an envelope) was never delivered. Not only that, but I was charged extra as I was told the measurements were wrong and it was larger than I had described - which was completely not true. The measurements that were sent me by the courier were impossible for an envelope. After chasing up, and asking for compensation, I was told it was not possible. I will not be using this service again.

Always use parcel monkey a great parcel comparison site . Just now wish would do parcel or things under 1kilo . I had to post a parcel at 650 grams but had to use 1 kilo .

This company is allowing their couriers to scam customers. My parcel to the USA was sent via them and my measurments and weight which I checked three times to make sure they were correct, even allowing a bit extra for mistakes. The parcel 27cm x27cm x20cm 2.7 kilo cost £37.78 which was about the usual price of the size parcel I send every year. The courier state it was much larger by almost twice the size and gave me a surcharge of £51.59 making the total cost £89.37 which was considerably more than Royal Mail had assessed it....and they agreed with my weight and measurements. Parcel Monkey have done nothing to help me despite several e mails from me. Parcel Monkey have allowed one of their couriers to scam me with no recourse. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Booked courier on Thursday afternoon, parcel collected Friday lunchtime and delivered Saturday late morning. Spot on sevice, Courier (DHL) did exactly as they advertised. Service and Parcel Monkey website cannot be faulted.

Ordered and paid for package to be collected Wednesday from home address by UPS. No indication of time etc. 2.30pm on Wednesday I call customer services to ask if they knew when collection would be. Told that I should have rang and booked a time slot for collection. Was told it was now too late for Wednesday so Thursday any time between 8am-5pm. Thursday comes and UPS man arrives and tells me that he did come Wednesday (around 5pm) but none answered. I told him what was discussed with customer services. He then tells me there’s an additional charge for collection from my home address which strangely wasn’t applied to Wednesday’s collection or indeed added when I paid online through Parcel monkey. I call customer services again and am told that there should have been a charge and that their customer service colleague should have known the package was still due to be collected when I called the first time. I’m told there’s no complains department and they won’t issue any partial reimbursement despite their blatant lack of professionalism. Either there’s lack of communication between parcel monkeys and UPS or customer services needs a purge.
