I was not aware until I had paid that I had to box my item in cardboard. Great service but this aspect disappointing.

my parcel was very damaged I want a refund! spoke to Courier whos driver was seen throwing my parcel around. I want my monkey back

ParcelForce were not informed of weight and dimensions of parcel, therefore no trolley was brought making it difficult for man to carry.
