The service is very good value. Only down side is the option I always pick is for next day and somehow takes 2 or 3 to be delivered!

Include vat costs at the beginning of the quote. Include a back button at checkout stage. Approx time from couriers save waiting in all day

The parcel has not arrived 6 days in transit, status says "Addressee advised to collect from depot", which is untrue. Terrible service 0/10.
