I cannot track my parcel on line and now the receiver hasn't received my parcel yet. I am really worried and it is horrible.

Very good service would have been nice if I had a better time of collection tho I waited in all day and my oracle got collected around 16.00

As far as I am aware, the parcel is yet to be picked up nevermind delivered! No tracking. No contact.
