Would be helpful if you could give a clearer estimated collection time. Was impressed with the prompt arrival to the receiver however.

collection of parcel was after 5pm, fortunately there was still someone around. reception closed at 5pm.

I booked for same day collection and after about 50 phone calls and staying late in the office my parcel wasn't collected till 2pm next day

i usaly use parcel2go but aftet usong your service a couple of times i have found it easier to arrange and have happy with the service :)

You do alright but the only thing missing is the actual time of pick up, customers should know range of time to expect pick up or delivery.

I selected the courier who would deliver in "2-3 days". It took 11 days (9 working) this is unacceptable - will use Royal Mail next time
