At collection point, the delivery man wasn't well, so the 30kg parcel had to be carried in the home by the collector. A bit inconvenient.

Booked yodel, driver refused to collect as no barcode supplied. Rebooked with DX, driver didn't turn up on collection day. 2 days wasted.
