I dident recive my parcel just a sms from Courier that my parcel is broken .. So i am not happy at all

I'd be more comfortable if Parcelforce gave me a receipt when they collect. Non-uniformed drive, white unmarked van. Bit worrying.

I have always found Parcel Monkey to be efficient. However there were a couple of hiccups around Christmas time but they were resolved.
