generally very good, only problem was tracking system would not work with the Pm number given

Courier did not arrive on day requested, 2 days late, still no tracking info, so dont know where parcel is or if it has been delivered

Parcel collected, parcel delivery to france within a coupe of days, fab service, would be nice to have a am or pm collection :)

the fact that I have to wait a whole day in, just to make sure the parcel gets collected isn't great. Then it got picked up at 7:30pm!
