I would have given you a 'very good' but the parcel was 24 hours late, it took 48 hours and I paid for 24hour service.

A parcel never reached its destination. Granted, it was a glass table top but it was well packed. I've heard nothing since it left.

In all day for neightfreight to collect by 6pm..had to ring at 6.30pm! As a result. did not collect until about 7.30! A disgrace!

Your parcel tracking is difficult to use, it should be a 1 click operation. There is no tracking available for international deliveries

Courier turned up at 19.10. He apologised but what if I had gone out? It was after 18.00 so technically he was out of time. Not good.
