My mum used royal mail to issue a letter to New zealand at over 2 pound in postage and it took three weeks to arrive. I went to royal mail who quoted me a ridiculous amount and I brought my parcel home. I found you on the internet, you collected my parcel as you said you would, my parcel has taken under a week, its a Christmas present I am well and truly delighted by this service and will recommend you to any one I know. Fantastic, and no I know I will use your services again

Very pleased as the collection and delivery were as wed been informed. The only thing Id say is be wary if youve got anything fragile as some tins of food got very dented (they were at the bottom of the box) so wrap things well and put anything breakable right in the middle of the box. The price is fantastic.

I really like using Parcel Monkey. However the carrier they used, Tufnells did damage a consignment so luckily this review is for Parcel Monkey, not Tuffnells.

Do not copy and paste this rubbish text to all your replies, you are not helping at all!! "Please open a support ticket with the subject FAO Manager so we can resolve the label issue." 1 week passed still trying to chat with your support team to arrange collection!! They dont know what they are doing, every time different person replies to our messages, and each time they dont understand the matter we need to explain and explain again, i have spent 4 days on the computer now!

We had 2 deliveries booked in through parcel monkey. One with parcel force the other with DX. Parcel Force collected the same day, gave us a tracking number straight away and it was hassle free experience. Very happy. We also had some parcels with DX to be collected the next day. They didnt arrive until the day after this so totally we missed our 24 hour delivery slot we had paid for. Some things didnt get delivered until 3 days later. When trying to sort this out with DX they said we would have to take it up with parcel monkey and to this day I cant be sure what actually happened. Very disappointing!

Id never heard of Parcel Monkey until a friend recommended them to me .. I had a large /heavy parcel to send and to be honest didnt know where to start to find a company that would do it for me or any idea of how much it would cost ...
Parcel Monkey solved the problem by giving me a list of companies and the various prices available to me..
Ive already told other friends about Parcel Monkey and Ill certainly use them againthe next time I have a parcel to send

Lost my parcel so goes without saying that it was an unacceptable experience. I should have just left my parcel where it was to save the money it cost for them to professionally lose it. Thanks for nothing.

booked at 8am Monday 27th to be picked up same day, did not happen, next morning was told could not be picked up today but will be tomorrow, was eventually picked up late wed, was told it will be delivered tomorrow thurs, didnt happen, finally arrived late Friday afternoon, paid £17.00 for this service, not impressed. Not only did it inconvenience myself, but for four days my poor mum had to wait in.

If i could give no stars i would! Parcel was returned top parcel monkey as the courier couldnt find the address apparantly, even though the address was correct. sent a replacement using another courier to the same address and it arrived. parcel monkey wanted to charge me for the return!!!! they have now "disposed" of my parcel, so not only have i lost the cost of the item, i have the replacement cost and additional courier costs involved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!

Delivery took longer than expected but that may have been due to a weekend in the middle.
Certainly cheapest rate to South Africa I could find. Will use again.

I arranged a next day collection last week, had to phone them to chase, they eventually collected. Yesterday I came home from work to find they had redelivered my parcel to me instead of returning it to the business it was meant to be delivered! **** service will not be using again.

So first time user. Less than half the price of Royal Mail to post uk to Swiss. Did exactly what it said on the tin. I’ll be honest I measured my parcel generously so no arguments on size and weight. Filled in the very easy to follow instructions and it could not of been easier. I’ve been raving about it and telling all my friends I’ve found a fix to the crazy expense of postage. Well done and thanks.

The service was brilliant but instead of waiting at home for the whole day so the parcel could be picked up, it would have been good to have an approximate time for pick up.

In general very good prices for sending parcels. However, the main gripe that I have with this company is that I have to wait some time before the labels (parcelforce) are emailed to me. Usually it takes up to 15 minutes but the last order through parcelmonkey took over an hour. PM states upto 60 mins I could be waiting for the labels which I just do not understand when other companies allow the label to be printed instantly after purchase. When I complained through the live chat, I was told that there was an IT problem as the cause for the delay. As a customer it would be helpful if the company posted the issue on the homepage so that potential customers would be made aware before making an order. Most people would like to print off their labels ASAP once they make a purchase.

Absolutely terrible. Lost our parcel. Noone to contact. When someone does get in contact they ask the same question over and over again. Avoid at all costs.
