Had to get an item couriered from eBay, had Parcel Monkey recommended by a friend. Easy website to use and the price was a lot less than I expected. Easy to recommend to anyone and will definitely use again.

Your website clearly mentioned about parcel reaching within 2-4 days and it took 7 days for the parcel to get there. I would have been better off posting it.

The package was NOT picked up on the date paid for, with no communication - not good enough! I could have taken the package to the Post Office for delivery when needed, but opted for pickup. After a lot of conversation with your chat line, the package was collected the day after and delivered the day after my customer was assured that it would be. Poor service.

Hi I sent my courier via parcel monkey with DPD Air Express to India , it should be reach with 2-4 days as mentioned in website when opted service , I dropped my parcel in London at pick up store on Monday 5th Jan 2018 , unfortunately my parcel have not delivered yet, I have sent my parcel in priority service , but very bad service today 10-2-18 still not delivered , I called to DPD , they said u need to talk with Parcel monkey , they can not do anything

Dont be fooled by the random English names used on the messages from Parcel Monkey, all customer "service" is provided by either an automated computer system/third world call centres/actual monkeys or something else that fails to understand core concepts like "sender/recipient" and "delivered/lost".

Efficient excellent economic service for 2 boxes 12Kg picked up from my hotel in Buckingham and delivered to my business in France a few days later. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly use again

really poor service. Apparently my parcel was lost and parcel monkey here meant to come back with an answer, solution or update! Is now over 40 days and no parcel or solution were provided. do not use again, really poor service and support.

112 Days after collecting my parcel to be delivered to China and Parcel Monkey still have no idea where the parcel is. Firstly they claim that the parcel has been delivered but then they claim that the parcel has been collected from the depot. They have no POD apparently the courier they use dont get a signature as proof of delivery they just hand over parcels to random people. Parcel Monkey have made no effort to find the parcel and reply to questions with generic answers which bare no relevance to anything I ask them.

i sent my parcle on 26th of January, Parcle monkey suppose to deliver my item between 5 to 7 day, but now after 14 day still waitting and this company didnt contact me or email me to say what happend and why they didnt deliver my items. I dont know where is my parcle. some people told me u shouldnt trust this company.
