The booking process was really drawn out unnecessarily. What should have taken me 5 minutes took about an hour because of passwords, data trawling, accounts, unnecessary stuff like letters, numbers, non alpfamerical? Digits etc etc. It is cheap though and will no doubt get easier but.....

My parcel was delivered so promptly and without any fuss. It was cheaper than I thought to courier an electric guitar from UK to USA, would definitely recommend!

Still waiting for my 2 day delivery after nearly a week! Delivery instructions were left for the driver as requested on the online form.. as I was going to be at work to be left in a safe place. No.. the driver took my item back to the depot for next day delivery.. ???????????? which being a bank holiday actually could mean 4-5 days! My son drove up from London to Derbyshire to fit the safety equipment to my car (in delivery) which was a complete waste of time for everyone!! Tried countless times for online chat (no phone contact) but told over and over that I was using the wrong platform???? The idea of this service is fine but DO NOT go for Parcelforce in my experience. Still waiting...

Complete rip off never use them again deliver parcel completely damaged to customer then made to wait 5 months of bs saying customer did not complete some form and why would they when I had to refund them they tell lies saying they emailed then called which is more lies when I did not have these details so how would they then when challenged change story to sent a letter I paid for extra comp in case delayed lost and refused to pay up

This is the worst thieving company I have ever dealt with. I returned an item to a company with the correct address which was worth £140 and they have sent it to Melbourne, Australia. I have tried to speak to them and messaged them 8 time to try to speak to someone and all they do is say that they have received my message still not finished with them though. DO NOT USE THIS PARCEY MONKEY.

Worst company in the world I will never ever ever EVER use them again! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I paid for a 24 hour service took a day of work and 4 days later still no parcel I call and no answer from the correct department. Honestly this company is a joke!

Postage to Bahrain has been unreliable through Royal Mail. A recommendation from a friend brought me to Parcelmonkey. Easy to follow website. Easy to choose the service I wanted and complete the details. I chose DPD and they collected my parcel when they said they would with text message updates. The tracking available to me and the addressee was great and the parcel was delivered within a week-that was something we never thought possible!

Easy to use, but you promised 3-5 days to deliver and 7 days later all I am told is that the patcel is scheduled for delivery Tuesday, 10 days after drop off! Now that is poor!

appalling service from parcel monkey using parcelforce I sent a parcel next day that wasnt collected for three days on the way up and three days on the way back Numerous calls to parcelforce depot managers and emails the upshot of which I conclude that they cannot even be bothered to return a call or email Delivery driver didnt care either turned up eventually but with no labels that was part of the service Avoid at all costs

Fast online option selection and payment. Used the drop off so cant comment on pickup from destination. Info on point, tracking available and I could follow the shipment perfectly.
