Well as our parcel is still missing and parcelmonkey nor parcel force know where it is then what can I say. Both blaming each other its an absolute joke. The response we get from parcelmonkey is well its parcel force who lost it you have to deal with them. Well we booked through you so its your responsibility. Then get a rude reply saying we aint got an update give us a chance(36 hours after saying 2 hours) Wont be using these at all again. And now have to wait 2 weeks to get a claim sorted.this parcel wasnt cheap and we took insurance out and find it a joke we have to wait 2 weeks to get any money back from their incompetence

Came to Parcel Monkey after being let down by - the other company. Booking my collection on-line was an easy process, I choose Parcelforce from the delivery company options, who collected and delivered on time with live tracking of the van on delivery day.
Both Parcel Monkey and Parcelforce seem to integrate well, and on this occasion are deserving of five stars.

The service at the pick up is good like in the U.K. but overseas like Greece is poor,the delivery is poor,no communication at all&when they deliver once,they dont try hard to deliver,they are lazy employees,the recipient has to collect twice from their post office which is unbelievable.

Amazing a 30kilo parcel picked up at Horwich at 1pm Friday delivered to Quillan in the South of France at 11am the following Monday all for £15. Beat that!!

Absolutely appalling service! Tried to rearrange collection - impossible. Spoke to someone who said they would call back with the day and time and never heard back. Still awaiting collection, and the service is very expensive!! I will never use them again!!

Was very impressed; I left a USB stick in UK that I needed in Australia so arranged for it to be picked up and sent to an address in Australia, despite being told it had been delayed by severe weather conditions it arrived in good time. Thank you DPD!!
