This site is fast, efficient and really easy to use. I have used Parcel Monkey a number of times and always found a choice of services that I can use that deliver on time. Documentation always comes through quickly, so that we can despatch parcels in good time.

Buggy website. Parcels not collected on time. Delivered late. No compensation. Advertise next day service but in reality it is "up to 5 days". Shame as they offer reasonable prices - but are not reliable enough for a small business.

Disapointing. Booked Parcelforce 24 hour Express. Was delivered a day late. Parcel force didnt want to know and refered me back to Parcelmonkey. They didnt want to know either. Result:- I am out of pocket as I have to refund the difference to angry customer.

Great service except I had to wait all day for a parcel to be collected, which spoiled the overall experience even if it said am or pm that would of been something.
But ordering delivery pickup was great and very easy
I liked the updates as the parcel was being delivered which helped with my customers expectations.

I had to lift my stuff myself to the third floor, and your agent was watching me from his van while I was lifting my stuff back and forth. Collecting parcels and delivering time is not specific.

Clear and simple to use their service, with good after-care if you have a problem. Ive tried other providers similar to ParcelMonkey and for me this is the superior service. Plenty of choice as to the carriers that will deliver your parcel too.
