The Best Parcel Service

Easy site to use. Very prompt attention. Label is emailed, print it off, and parcel is ready to be collected. Your txt a time for pick up, and they stick to it. Then you get a email to say its been delivered. Great.

Excellent service. Parcel collected and delivered according to timescale. A lot less expensive than using parcelforce directly including contents insurance.

Parcel I sent went missing for nearly a week then eventually ended up back at my address with no explanation! No tracking was provided throughout, I kept having to chase them and they kept fobbing me off until I said I was going to make a claim. Absolutely terrible service, poor communication, a complete waste of time and no refund so a waste of £64!

I’ve choosen to pay the Parcelforce 48hours service, booked it on a Friday but ended up receiving parcel the following Friday. Lack of communication. I had to cancel my hospital appointment just to wait for them. They don’t give you timeframe when they are coming. Not going to use their service again.

No problems . However , would have preferred a time slot . Not everyone is able to stay st home all day waiting for collection. Large heavy item therefore only had option of collection .

Bad. I set my collection address in spain for two parcels. One of them came and the other one, never arrived and they sent it to my uk address but they notified nothing about this to me. I even don’t know why they didnt bring it to spain one of the those two I sent with them

Excellent Service. I hardly ever use couriers so did not know how to arrange one. Tried looking at a number of well known couriers which seemed expensive. Tried Parcel Monkey and using simple details such as size, weight and delivery within united kingdom, obtained excellent cheap quotes.
Will use again without any hesitation.

Just when you thought the world was full of thick people, and there were no more surprises..... i paid for a collection of a gearbox, it said to give weight and details (as usual ) etc etc... and if i book now, no need for a printer, the driver will take one. Surprise surprise, he turns up, looks at the item, and because it has a label still attached from the other stupid company who failed to collect, he simply said. Thats not our label and drove off! obviously this human was in the form of a mongoloid, unable to remove the old label and stick his one on???? i give up! Parcel monkey/parcel force or **@£@!!!... you are a JOKE!

There was a slight problem with delivery, my daughter works from home and was in the middle of talking to a client so was unable to get to the door before the courier left. However, the package was delivered the following day after I had explained the problem and asked that the courier wait for a minute before leaving.
But having said that, delivery was fast and at a very reasonable price. I will use Parcel Monkey again.
