Easy service to use but Parcel Force are not always on time

Said they tried to collect and that it wasn’t there when it was. 8 massive boxes. Couldn’t really miss them. No one tried to call me or ring my door. No one from our post room had been asked about it. 24 hour express you are not! Another package arrived with glass broken and smashed. Corner of the box was ripped off and looked like it had taken a good beating. I had package very well and could not believe the state of the boxes. The instructions for the driver were to call someone when they arrived, which was also in bold big letters on the door, which they did not. And they also left the cardboard boxes in the rain.

Terrible service. Took 5 attempts to pick up a package for delivery from my home address and they were not interested nor did they follow up on why it had happened by the agent. Refund a few weeks later, no compensation and their text only customer services are a joke as you have a different person every time you reply to a message rather than a single point of contact.

I was returning a very large rug and on the recommendation of the rug company I used parcel monkey. It exceeded my expectations- so straightforward, clear and affordable.
My box was collected the next day and received by the company the day after despite being the other side of the country. I will definitely use them again.

I was absolutely surprised at the speed of the delivery it arrived in Denmark on the Monday and I only posted it on the Fridayand the wrapping was still in tact as I posted it I am so very pleased my daughter hter in law told me about you and it saved me a lot of money.

How and why do they still exist? They have no idea of customer service. Make sure you enter any deal with them prepared for battle, with pictures of your parcel, dimensions... and a lawyer! The truth does not mean anything to them. They have no ability to admit mistakes.

My parcel was due for collection on Thursday morning. It was not collected until Friday. This was then supposed to be shipped to Greece. It arrived back at the senders address the next day, no note. This was a valuable piece of equipment that could easily have been stolen. Dreadful service.

First time using parcel monkey and I had booked an international courier service 8 days ago, from Jamaica to UK. My parcel has still not been collected and has been rearranged twice. The specific courier used has been in contact with myself however parcel money are of no use or help at all. They could not provide me with any information or reasons nor did they want to contact the courier used to find out the answers. I have cancelled my service and will not be using parcel monkey ever again.
