Pros: they offer a large choice of options. Cons: They mis-sell their services. I booked yesterday afternoon a next-day collection with DX via Parcel Monkey. The PM website was saying"book within 33 minutes for next-day delivery". It was important for me to get the parcel collected next day because of eBay delivery deadline. Today (the planned collection day) Ive been told by DX that they got the parcel information from Parcel Monkey too late to collect the parcel today, and it will be collected tomorrow. Parcel Monkey disclaims any responsibility because "this is not a guaranteed service". In this case, why are they labelling it as next day? Its misleading marketing. Beware!

DO NOT USE Appalling. Time sensitive small parcel, paid £30 for overnight collection and delivery. Found out today that the parcel wasnt collected from the other partys address yesterday and yet nobody bothered to contact me (who paid for the service), nor the other party (this despite having phone and email contacts for us both). Now facing a 250m round trip to collect today. Thanks for nothing. DO NOT USE

No contact since the shower doors got picked up and dropped by the driver No refund as not sure if they have been returned. please could some one get in touch as no news after they were picked up also could you email me a collection receipt to forward to seller for a refund. thanks

Used Parcel Monkey after being let down with another courier company. My inflatable kayak and a separate parcel containing paddles and a pump were delivered via Parcelforce in 48 hours, much to my relief. Great tracking service and the price was much cheaper than if I had gone direct to Parcelforce due to the insurance of the items (£300 cover for the kayak and £100 for the paddles). I will definitely use again when sending large, high value items.

Absolutely terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. Lost my job because of your mess ups. Only a half arsed apology. No offer of refund or compensation. Disgusting customer services. After using you for over 3 years. That is the last time.

First Class service from collection to delivery.
Item arrived at destination on time and in good condition. On line Tracking system excellent as could track parcel to delivery address. No issues!

Had problems with parcel force in the past and now so expensive.
