Brilliant service and the parcel was delivered on time.
I have been using Parcel Monkey for 3 years sending parcels to my sister in France and have had no issues of parcels not arriving.
Much cheaper than other companies.

First and only experience of them, and their response to an uncollected parcel is "reschedule it". Completely unimpressed. If my collection is missed I expect it to be expedited, and to get answers, not just "oh well, try again".

THIEVES. We sent a 7kg parcel. They took extra money from our account claiming it actually weighed 49kg. It was an item we were returning to a supplier in its original packaging. This supplier was good enough to provide details of the original parcel confirming a weight of 6.8kg. We forwarded this to Parcel Monkey who ignored this evidence and said the extra charges stand and refused a refund. We are now going to court.

Ive send a parcel, from UK to Italy, on 5th October 2020. Todays 16th October 2020 and no one, DPD or Parcel Monkey customer service, know where my parcel is. Im waiting for a refund but I have a feeling thats not gonna happen with them! I wont use their services again! Nevermore!!!!

The parcel was delivered in under a week from Manchester to Tel Aviv Israel.The price was very competitive.It was a very easy process to do online.
I will certainly be using Par el Monkey again and highly recommend.

Booked to pick up and deliver a package weighing 11kg. Was not only picked up on time, but was delivered a day ahead of schedule. Very impressed. Loads cheaper than any other option I could find.

I can say the first time i trying this site, and I can saying the are really lovely awesome and very very fast the are picking your packs from home and the are delivering directly where you wanted. Very bad experience on countless occasions now, parcels been sat on my door step for 4 days with promises every day they will be collected between parcel monkey and Courier they’ve cost me countless sums of money, if that’s how they run there business by letting customers down and false promises well that’s not how I treat mine but on this occasion Your bad management has rolled down hill and effected my customers which I’ve had to compensate fees back. Never ever again will parcel monkey receive another penny from me.

I paid for next day delivery, but parcel got completely lost in your system, & when parcel was found , it was eventually delivered 1 week later, I want a full refund from you , the worry & hassle has been very upsetting for me, the item was sold on eBay, & the person I sold it to was very worried & upset also.
