DPD turned up as promised. The recipient was kept informed and the parcel arrived a day earlier than promised. Very good service

Its been a month since my parcel was last seen (i.e. the delivery person took it from my doorstep), the latest is that they wont even look at their own website to gather information... produce sales invoice... I had to log into parcel monkey to get it. Also, Im loving the erroneous responses to my previous posts (they dont look at the date posted so any comment they leave is completely useless- i guess that part about them being monkeys is true).

Cheapest i could find online!
Sent a large 25kg parcel.
Booked online, received an email label.
Printed it off, attached it and simply dropped off, my parcel at my local post office!
Simple and cheap!

Although the package reached the desired country promptly, we became unaware for days and still are unaware on when it will actually be delivered to its final destination. It is also not easy to get an estimated delivery date.

After having previously used parcel monkey with no issues, our latest parcels we sent have been returned to us by parcel force as saying not enough information on the address which is the same address we have sent items to before. Hopefully this is a one off ocurance.

Good easy to use website, only criticism is: Not enough character spaces for the lengthy address I needed to add, I had to abbreviate it. Also, could do with a delivery update coming to my email, for peace of mind, however maybe this is the fault of the Carrier selected?

As always, an excellent and very efficient service. My parcel was received spot on time, and delivered at the other end just as efficiently. For several years I have used Parcel Monkey as my preferred way of finding the best carrier, and they have never failed me yet. Gold stars all round! Richard.

Parcel Monkey cannot advise what has happened to the document I sent to South Africa since the 4th July as it states that it Prepared for export yet they are saying they will contact the courier on the other side. It is conflicting information as the tracker says preparing for export but Parcel Monkey says its with the courier in South Africa. These were urgent and important one of a kind documents and they are no where to be found to date which is now 22nd July

Parcelmonkey ok. But selected courier parcel force not great. Paid £30 for additional insurance. Packages arrived on time, but contents falling out of box. Parcel force delivery driver would not let my client sign or note the damage on the acceptance form. In fact they had a row about it. Fortunately contents were ok. Be warned!

First time Ive used parcel monkey was very pleased was able to track my parcel to Australia. Arrived intact Straight forward process booking.Will be using the service again.
The only thing I would have changed was the courier parcelforce didnt send a text they just turned up Fortunately I was in !
