I was an abroad student from Spain in Birmingham, I left all my things there since I had to leave in a hurry (corona), my roomate sent me a 24 kg suitcase at the beginning of June with all the things I own, not only they lost my suitcase but they sent me a wrong flyer and stated that they did their job in sending me something. They want to pay me 75 miserable pounds and get this issue buried. I am fighting with my lawyers and see what it can be done but my advise is: DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The first time I used Parcel Monkey was about 3 weeks ago. I have now used them 6 times since, and every parcel has tracked properly and been delivered. Much cheaper price than going direct to Parcel Force too. What more could you ask for?

I needed to ship 3 boxes from the UK to Italy and I chose Parcel Monkey with DPD classic. Worst service ever! The boxes arrived at the recipient extremely damaged and burst, the cardboard boxes were torn and open in some places as if someone purposely tried to open them. They were crushed by heavier weights during the transport. I packed everything carefully and it was impossible the boxes opened themselves. I wish I could attach the pictures because the situation was tremendous. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never use this service again!

Good if everything goes to plan but dreadful if something goes wrong. The customer service response is fast and polite, but unwavering in its support for the carrier over its customer. I recently had a parcel returned from Germany with no forewarning and no reason. On investigation Parcelforce claimed a weight transgression when actually my parcel was 3.5kg against a declared 5kg. No apology, no refund. I did everything correctly. Correctly declared weight and dimensions, correct label and address and securely packaged Ill never use this company again, plenty of others. And a standard meaningless reply to this review.
