Excellent service. 1 parcel UK to California. £41.90 with DPD. From drop off to delivery point exactly 60 hours.
Royal Mail wanted £74.00 and they usually take 10 to 14 days for the same item, same place.

Easy to use site, clear instructions and communications, parcel delivered in Italy in 3 days using the standard economy tariff! The price quoted was about half (!) of what Royal Mail quoted on their website. Parcel Monkey UK is the site to turn to if you want to send parcels abroad at sensible prices! Thanks guys!

After a shaky start with Parcel Monkeys courier failing to turn up for collection on the right day and the appalling customer service encountered, our package did turn up ok. Not sure if Id use then again though as I have not experienced such poor customer service in quite some time.

excellent booking portal but with a few glitches [it can get you into a loop if you start with a weight it likes but after then adding size as part of the booking you cant get the delivery option previously presented], insurance cost is higher than alternative services, tracking is slow [i often find out from customers they have goods quite a long time before tracking is updated]. biggest issue is when things go wrong - P2G seems incapable of getting answers from couriers anytime soon

Excellent website and easy to follow unlike others which confused us regarding relevant parcel sizes and then insurance options.
Picked up within 24hrs and delivered the next day, on a 48hr service which exceeded expectations (thought be 48hrs from collection).
Excellent value for money.

WORST SERVICE EVER They are a broker and the supply chain breaks down! They blame the courier and the courier (DPD) blames them. Long story short; they simply do not do what you pay them for. Two days they missed a collection. Then they actually lied and told me it was collected at a very specific time and it was not! Same your time and frustration and go direct to a courier. I will never use again! You cannot speak to anyone it is an offshore chat desk. No update communications. Struggling to think of a plus point to be honest. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid

Always use Parcel Monkey with my business deliveries both in mainland UK and aboard, and can honestly say that I have never experienced a problem with them. The website is easy to use and understand, the pickups have always been on time and the deliveries have always been without a glitch. Even the tracking facility is easy to use whether the delivery is in the UK and aboard. I would recommend them to anyone.

Normally very good but for some reason Parcel Force did not attempt to pick our parcel up and I had to request a pick up the following week. I do not think this was Parcel Monkeys fault but Parcel Forces

Very disappointed with the service. My parcel was not collected on the booked day. I had to call to make another pick up date and that was not collected. I had to go to the post office finally to send the parcel. Will think again about going through Parcel Monkey.

Parcel Monkey is un-reliable. Let me tell you how? 1.On the 6th of Aug 2020, I booked for the item to be collected after payment of £23 2. Next day parcel force person comes and collects the items after several checks, he finds some issue and he comes back next time and scans and takes the item and item get delivered to the destination on 12 Aug 2020. 3. On 22 Aug 2020 - without my consent Parcel Monkey withdraw £52.60 from my credit card. 4 Parcel Monkey chat/customer service doesnt help to refund 5 Reported to credit card company as a dispute of transaction... I hope the above info helps to decide and to make the right decision.. and can withdraw money even after payment without your consent.

I used the service to find the best price for a same day collection. 12 days later I am still unable to resolve the uncollected parcel or reimbursement of funds paid. Not impressed.
