This was so easy and stress free,I couldn’t believe how easy it was to send 6 boxes from Edinburgh to London and nothing going wrong and the boxes were in the exact same condition as they left my house . I have to say I really thought it couldn’t be that easy but it was and I would definitely use this service again .

This is the last time I use parcel monkey. Once again my box has been opened and things have been stolen. My parents sent a package of goodies for us, the only things stolen were items that were clearly meant for a child, how low! They stole sweets and toy cars. I wont be putting in a claim as the value for these was low, frankly its not possible to compensate my child, hes now in floods of tears. I dont expect to hear from parcel monkey, their customer service is appalling.

Id definitely recommend Parcel Monkey. And will use them again in future for any parcels I need delivered They are very reasonable priced. My parcel was picked up 5pm and delivered the next morning. I was able to track its progress. They also notified me when it was delivered and by who took the delivery. Perfect service.

The worst service ! No comunication with drivers the collection times is the Worst ,you say till 18:00 the parcell was collect 18:30,i leave a note to be collected till 11:00 no one even read it . Never aggain with your service .
