Booked 2 parcels to be collected and sent from UK to the Philippines. They were collected 11th August. Used tracking link provided and for 4 days there was still no update to the tracking link. Got in touch with ParcelMonkey, lots of back-and-forth. Ultimately, they werent happy with some label or paperwork, so they decided not to pass it on to the courier (Courier). This was not communicated to me, so they just held both parcels for days. My recipients were expecting these around the 15th of August! 18th August they told me it would have to be returned to me. They said they prepared it for dispatch to be returned to me on 19th August. Chased them for a tracking link so I can find out when I can receive it and then book to re-send it on to the recipients. It is now the 28th of August and their update is: "This is unable to be located at our returns depot, therefore I will now pass this over to the relevant department and they will be in contact shortly." This is terrible, terrible service. I am now questioning whether they lost it in the first place early on in this whole process. They say they are just a "comparison site" but its not true, because the booking you make is with them, and in fact, they ask you NOT to get in touch with the courier, as your booking is with them – ultimately they do, in one way or another, handle your parcels, so they dont just "compare prices".

Parcel was delivered within promised time. Will be better if there’s a notification sent when parcel arrives such as food deliveries.

Sent parcel on 4th August and it never arrived. 4 weeks later Im just being fobbed off saying they are "waiting for a response from courier". If courier never responds I never get my money back or compensation for the £70 item. Total joke. Do not send anything valuable or that you need to actually arrive through this service. As the saying goes, you pay peanuts you get monkeys

System is simple , assuming you can weigh your parcel accurately and take it to a Post Office After you’ve printed off your own postage labels . I have used it before and a cheaper. On this occasion however I paid for 24 delivery , over a distance of about 15 miles . It arrived 96 hours later. I haven’t been offered any refund , though Parcel Monkey are happy to contact the sender if the weight is wrong .

Very easy to use service from Parcel Monkey, but in these dark days, delivery times are a loose estimate. This is not a fault of Parcel Monkey but do take this into consideration if you need a parcel to arrive quickly. My 3 to 4 days delivery took 7 days, so just a heads up when you are choosing your service. Good work Parcel Monkey!

5 days and my package has arrived from the Uk to Hungary . I definitely recommend to everyone:) promised 4-5 days but there was a weekend in it and yet my parcel arrived on time .

Really disappointing. I paid for next day collection and delivery. They called on the day of collection and left a voicemail, claiming they had left it the day before to confirm the details..... they hadnt. Now I have a very annoyed customer. The only saving grace was Julie at DX customer services, she was quite lovely and was the only person who was real and didnt lie.

booked a 24 collection/delivery as package is urgent never picked it up called 24 hours later and the best they can do is next day pickup so package will take 4 days refund Im told will take 7 days chat - waiting nearly 5 minutes between each reply. Will never waste my time with them again

I’m not usually the one who give feedbacks to any service I get especially negative feedback. But someone needs to see this to be warned. Their customer service is unacceptable. Very inefficient. I have another existing package that is missing and I have been back in forth with them for a while now and they can’t still provide me any definite answer. Their customer service is just not acceptable and extremely frustrating. If you want to avoid stress with your packages missing or dealing with a bad customer service, go find another service to use. Their service is unacceptable .

Parcel force pick 2 items on my address and there response was they cant deliver to the address iv suggested and when the receiver went to pick at the depot only one item was received and im not even told to where there other suitcase is So which depot was my other suitcase delivered
