Used parcel monkey to ship three boxes from the UK to Germany. Everything went well, the boxes were at the destination within two days.
The only annoying thing was that I did not know when the parcels would be picked up on the day because I wasnt told any time period which would have been helpful.

Unable to redeliver to correct address easily , parcel was obviously not treated in accordance with the labelling , as in fragile !!! Knocked about , packaging tattered and torn . Wouldn’t use this service again !

Fast, efficient & easy to organise on line which I usually find difficult. The driver was so very nice. Polite & helpful & helped me put the labels on correctly!

It is very easy to use, reliable and reasonably priced courier service. I’ve used this service many times in the past and will use in the future. I generally drop off the parcel to the nearest post office (after printing & attaching the label) and track online for delivery. My parcel is always delivered on time.

This bunch at Parcel Monkey , have clearly lost my parcel , and do not have the b*lls to say so . I sent a parcel on the 31/7/2020- and as of the 31/8/2020- I just get "the computer says no" response ..This is a SHOCKINGLY BAD experience. They blame ParcelForce, and will not under any circumstance will they actually get off their bottoms and do something about this . They dont like a bad review but will not EARN a good one ...

This was the first time I used Parcel Monkey, and Im pleased to say it was a positive experience.
Parcel Monkey is a comparison service and once the pick up and delivery details are submitted a list of providers are shown. You just pick the one that fits your requirements.
Prices vary by provider and service. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that to have a 20kg parcel collected from Yorkshire and delivered to Wiltshire cost me £10. I received my e-bay purchase within 48 hours. Well done parcel force.
