After looking around at prices, parcel monkey was the obvious choice but if it seems too good, it usually is. I was happy to send my guitar on a no compensation basis as i had packed that thing tight inside the hard case and weighing 12kg. I am not mad that it arrived over a week late but a week or two after delivery i get an email claiming that my parcel was 33kg!! And that i owed them another £195!!!! Absolute scam! Always go with a trusted courier and get quotations upfront with proof! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

bad costumer service if something happened with a parcels you cant get in touch with them, there is no costumer service phone helpline

3 times the company failed to collect the parcel from my house so I asked for my money back. Which they returned immediately.

Very easy to arrange and pay on their website,where they list alternative dispatch companies and prices.
DPD was the company I chose and I used one of their local dropoff shops.
It was easy to track the parcel and get confirmation of delivery

Today is dec 4th and the last update on traking is 11.november . for days i am trying to find out where is my parcel and nobody tells me anything .they keep telling me to wait .. for another department to look into this issue . I cant belive a parcel sent on 8th nov from UK to Romania is still on pending updates with nov 11.terrible support ..terrible service . i cannot recommend

Third time I have used this service to Cambodia from the U.K. Booked late Thursday night picked up Friday 1145hrs next day and delivered 0900hrs the following Thursday so in fact took 7 days. That’s not bad during the present situation and customs in Cambodia. It worked out 50% cheaper than the next quote I got. I will be using them again

this company has lost documents for a container shippment and are doing very little to help this is going t cost people jobs do not send anything with them . All i want is a forwarding number so my client can collect the parcel how hard can this be 25 days later nothing

Absolutely brilliant, picked up on The Friday from home in the UK and delivered to our Sons In Sydney Australia the following Friday .well tracked so we new were it was all the way .Will definitely use again an would 100%recommend. Cheers great service

I was extremely happy with the whole process. My package arrived at its destination when I was told it would do so, and it was in perfect condition. And more importantly, it cost THREE AND A HALF TIMES LESS THAN my original choice of courier service!!!! So I will definitely be using this service again and again in the future. Thank you ????
