We’ve used Parcel Monkey a few times now at this time of year to send a parcel to family in Lithuania. At first we weren’t completely sure about it as you never know these days if something is trustworthy or not. However, we’ve found that it works really well as it has done again this year. We paid for the parcel to be picked up from our house this time as it seemed more sensible during pandemic restrictions. Everything went smoothly and super quick. The parcel arrived within a week. Using Parcel Monkey allows us to send a larger parcel at a good price. The only problem we’ve ever had was when, a couple of years ago, the parcel arrived in Lithuania and sat somewhere for about two weeks. It then resurfaced and was delivered in time for Christmas. I would recommend allowing about a month for delivery especially at this time of year but it will probably get there much faster as we have found.

Parcel Monkey offer a great efficient service. I organised the process on Wednesday, parcel collected from my door on Thursday at 11am by Parcel force and delivered to address in N Ireland on Monday morning. This is the second time I have used Parcel Monkey. I will definitely use them again.

I used Parcel Monkey to send a parcel to Japan. It was collect on the Thursday and delivered on the Monday morning, unbelievably quick! The parcel arrived in the exact same condition as it was collected and the cost was very competitive. I will definitely be using Parcel Monkey again!

I cannot rate enough this service. I was sending my baby nephew’s handmade advent calendar and so presents so I was eager for this to arrive on time. Bit of a scratchy start because the website didn’t tell me I couldn’t deliver my parcel to the depot in Emerson’s Green as I usually do...but when I read an email more carefully I found I could drop it off at a shop in the town....
The parcel arrived as promised in 5 days (two of them were weekend days!!) My family in Italy were delighted to get their mince pies etc and Christmas gifts!!!
