Really great experience, the parcel arrived within the advised time frame and in great condition. Parcelmonkey has some really amazing prices compared to booking through Parcelforce or DPD directly!

Excellent service, parcel arrived very quickly at it’s destination. I have used parcel monkey for several years now to send my parcels abroad, and find them to be quick and reliable, never had a parcel go missing. I would highly recommend them.

Driver collected the parcel and was polite and friendly. Sad times we are in but he kept his covid distance. Parcel was delivered the next day and tracking via the website was perfect.

Really impressed with the simplicity of the website, the instruction email and the whole process. Quick, straightforward and above all - considerably better value for money than other providers. This delivery was half the cost of an original quote. Would recommend.

We have used Parcel Monkey on several occasions, usually with acceptable outcomes. This time we used Parcel Monkey Express for the first time, however it turned out to be a bit of a mess - it did get sorted out in the end. We were sending a parcel to the States, when our parcel arrived at Norsk Global, the PM website showed that our parcel had been delivered, well in a way it had, just not to its final destination. We then had to spend some time trying to get the Norsk Global tracking number, so that was the second tracking number that our parcel had.... Once Norsk Global delivered it to Courier in the States it was given another tracking number...how can you keep track of a parcel that has 3 tracking numbers. Then on top of all that, our parcel sat in JFK airport for another 24 hours... which I have to say is only about 20 minutes from its destination. Sadly we will not be using PM again. I will say that the Chat Line folks were as helpful as they could have been - which was very helpful.

After looking around at prices, parcel monkey was the obvious choice but if it seems too good, it usually is. I was happy to send my guitar on a no compensation basis as i had packed that thing tight inside the hard case and weighing 12kg. I am not mad that it arrived over a week late but a week or two after delivery i get an email claiming that my parcel was 33kg!! And that i owed them another £195!!!! Absolute scam! Always go with a trusted courier and get quotations upfront with proof! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Very easy to arrange and pay on their website,where they list alternative dispatch companies and prices.
DPD was the company I chose and I used one of their local dropoff shops.
It was easy to track the parcel and get confirmation of delivery

Today is dec 4th and the last update on traking is 11.november . for days i am trying to find out where is my parcel and nobody tells me anything .they keep telling me to wait .. for another department to look into this issue . I cant belive a parcel sent on 8th nov from UK to Romania is still on pending updates with nov 11.terrible support ..terrible service . i cannot recommend

Third time I have used this service to Cambodia from the U.K. Booked late Thursday night picked up Friday 1145hrs next day and delivered 0900hrs the following Thursday so in fact took 7 days. That’s not bad during the present situation and customs in Cambodia. It worked out 50% cheaper than the next quote I got. I will be using them again

this company has lost documents for a container shippment and are doing very little to help this is going t cost people jobs do not send anything with them . All i want is a forwarding number so my client can collect the parcel how hard can this be 25 days later nothing
