Wasn’t happy with the service! I booked for an item to be picked up on a certain day and delivered the next day. The item wasn’t collected until the following day! As it was something that was sold on eBay and advertised as next day delivery it resulted in me having to compensate the buyer for the delay. When I spoke to a chat advisor was basically told that it wasn’t there fault so wasn’t due any sort of compensation! I will very much doubt I will use this service again!

WHY OH WHY DID I USE PARCEL MONKEY? Delivery estimate 3-6 days to US. NOW: 30 DAYS and counting! Tracking says parcel on way back to me. PM unable or can’t be bothered to tell me why. I as the Customer want it delivered and the recipient wanted it delivered and even would have collected it from the local depot. If the parcel is unnecessarily returned to the UK it will be the MOST ENVIRONMENTALLY DAMAGING delivery I’ve ever seen However, the extra carbon emissions which will be expended are, at this very late stage, still avoidable as the parcel has not left the US Please PM don’t send the parcel back and deliver it to the intended recipient in the US as you contracted to do!

Web site was easy to navigate.Price was competitive.
Tracking facility was excellent and I could follow the journey of the parcel.
The recipient was messaged promptly with delivery details and the whole process went smoothly. I would certainly use Parcel Monkey again.Parcel arrived safely within 7 days.

The experience with parcelmonkey was fine however the quotation I received for delivery to Spain from Northern Ireland with parcel force was quoted 3-4 days. The parcel has now been away 1 week and my daughter still have not received it, in fact as yet it hasnt reached Europe! It actually took 4 days to leave the UK.

I like the cheaper prices to post items but i went with post office to post . Not sure how much going to them direct it would have been.

Good price point, good website, good account history maintenance. Also, most important, good service. My only reason for dropping a star is my recent experience of international delivery bounce-back. My parcel made it to Denmark, where is it was rejected with label re-use. Totally my fault, mistakenly printed and used the label I was given for my previous send (also to Denmark, my brother again). I printed the bottom of my order history, not the top! I have since recovered and resent.
My issue, why wasnt it detected at the point of parcel drop-off at the Post Office here? Probably not a Parcel Monkey reponsibility, but needs follow-up.

Parcel monkey has been an answer to my prayers as I regularly always need to arrange for courier . They are reliable as I get access to the best deals at very affordable rate and fast delivery usually 24hrs after items are picked up. I definitely recommend the use of parcel monkey. The only issue I have is one isnt able to tack to know where the driver is although I get a text& Email telling me approximately what time my driver will arrive which is very good

My customer took 20 minutes to unwrap the parcel thats how well wrapped it was and a £120 order smashed up, cant insure or claim coz it had glass in the frame....I just dont see how it was broken...it was so well wrapped and protected

I always use Parcel Monkey. Easy to use, a lot cheaper than Royal Mail yet you drop it at local post office and Royal Mail deliver it. Arrives when stated. Would not use anyone else.

Ordered Express24 and left the parcel in the shop a week ago. But the parcel has not been collected yet so contact the customer service team but not very helpful, just keep saying "will chase the courier to pick it up asap" and still waiting.... Really disappointed in their service!

They are so professional absolutely excellent service from door to door.
