Not happy at all. Paid over £56 to post a parcel to USA, was collected and taken to the hub and sent back to my address saying it was not able to be delivered as it contained perfume??? Nowhere on the list of contents did it state that there was perfume enclosed, I had sent a plastic container of shower gel, which I have sent many times before, including sending in previous parcels I have sent with you, with no problem at all. Now out of pocket and a box of Christmas gifts not being delivered so no, I am NOT HAPPY with the service I received!!

I was given a pick up time for my parcel and it was picked up within that window. The other end the parcel arrived in a timely manner. Surprised at how reasonable the price was!

Looked on tracking to see that a card had been left and parcel taken to local PO for collection. No card was left and recipient was at home at the time delivery was supposed to have been attempted. They only found out where to go because I sent the tracking information to them.

They are reliable - not cheap, but the parcel is picked up from your house and is delivered - I recommend to all my friends!

Parcel monkey was great In the beginning, The set up, paperwork, and payment was easy, the dropping off at any post office was easy, so all was good, unfortunately parcelforce have only delivered 2 out of the 3 parcels sent.

I sent two items through Parcel Monkey from the UK to the US. Both arrived in less than two weeks, which is more than an acceptable time. The only negative is that the items were both send through DPS who could definitely improve their tracking system with more informative updates -- for example, several updates just saying "Consolidation Scan".

Nearly two weeks since parcel sent from Taunton to Cambridge andnot yet delivered. I tracked it to depot. Still no delivery. I would like my brother to get this before Christmas. Its a busy time.

Never ever use them again, my suitcase has now been lost since 24th November till now 13th December.....the courier picked it up by mistake without a label with another hold-all. He advised me it’s at their Heathrow depo, courier com advised its parcel monkey’s responsibility to deliver it to me. Messages from parcel monkey it’s the same everyday....we will get back to you.....again and again useless communication...AVOID...

Excellent service, really easy to use. Who would have thought that having DHL collect my parcel from my door and deliver it to the destination the next day would be cheaper than going to the Post Office and dropping off something for ParcelForce to deliver 48 hours later?!
All you need to use this service is something to measure the size of your parcel and a set of scales to weigh it and a printer to be able to print out the postage labels with the all-important tracking codes, etc. This was my first time using the service and it was so easy and straightforward it will definitely not be the last.

WHY OH WHY DID I USE PARCEL MONKEY? Delivery estimate 3-6 days to US. NOW: 31 DAYS and counting! Please PM stop my parcel from unnecessarily recrossing the Atlantic and causing UNNECESSARY AND AVOIDABLE DAMAGE TO THE ENVIRONMENT. Just deliver it to the intended recipient in the US as you contracted to do! THE PARCEL IS STILL IN THE US after all!

I have given you 3 star rating due to the fact on both my parcel collection and delivery orders, I can not understand why a collection time involves me having to wait all day, am to pm, surely a more precise collection slot time would and should be easily to administer in this modern world. On both accounts I have had to wait around beyond 5pm for collections.

Parcel monkey was great. They were the cheapest, even cheaper than going to the courier direct. We had issues with the courier but the communication and customer service was great and they got the problem sorted.

Great service, used for in country 48 hour delivery service, pick up was on time and the guy doing the collection was courteous, I was able to track the parcel during its journey and received confirmation it had arrived.
100 times easier than trying to get to our post office which is never open!
